At Uncyclopedia, writing articles is not a requirement, but it certainly is a fun and easy way to express your creativity. If you decide to create it in the cold world of mainspace, make sure it is in accordance with the policies laid out above, and if you're not done put the "Work-In-Progress" template - {{construction}} - onto it as well.

If you want to write and don't know where to begin, consider contributing to Uncyclopedia's current colonization of the week, a group writing project to improve a single popular article. Anyone is welcome to contribute, so come help out!

If the current colonization doesn't suit your fancy, then browse our rewrite and idea categories. We have lots of articles just sitting around for someone to improve, so don't be afraid - dive right in!

Official PEEING Buisness

Heya, Steps. We met earlier remember? I'm the not-an-American-girl from Socky's talk page. Well I'm also involved with the PEEING usergroup, also known as Pee Review. I've noticed your reviews and, while we really appreciate your time and enthusiasm, we are looking for quality over quantity. By this I mean that while reviews are there for telling what's good and what's bad we primarily want to give some advice on how to improve the article. Take a look at reviews by UU (he's the king of peeing, and that's fact not opinion) and also Gerrycheevers to see what I mean. I also have a peeing list and almost all of those reviews have passed the criteria for "in-depth". See The List for a record of every review since Dec 07, and then wither or not UU (or another SK, but probably UU) deemed them in-depth or not.

In the my preferences, signature box you need to have {{subst:nosubst|User:Staircase/sig}} (or whatever your template page's name is but the "subst:nosubst|" must be there) and then click the custom signature box. Collaboration

The only collaboration that I ever saw work was Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle on "A Mote In God's Eye". Well, Orson Scott Card and Kathryn Kidd's "Lovelock", too, but I suspect Orson wrote most of it.

I'm never all that good at coming up with ideas. I see that you seem to have good ideas when it comes to UnNews, so I think we could do one of those. Oh by the way, it might be hard for you to find an adopter by putting a request on your page. It might be in your better interest to ask personally. It makes sure you get a daddy who will fit your needs. For example, Orian would be good if you want to improve story telling and get to know people on this site. Under User would be good if you want to learn code and how to do some of the behind the scenes work he is often found doing. Mordillo is more the hardass around the site and he could probably set some good guidelines on what to do and what not to do. Colin is found here and there but not on too often and it might be hard to learn alot from a guy you see so little of, but he is very cool. Cheddar is the newest one and he is pretty new, but has a little clique going on, consisting of him and Mahmoosha, maybe becoming his son will get you in it. Personally, I would recommend Gerry Cheevers because he is awesome, but he isn't an adopter. But anyways, I also am an adopter and could help you out on your reviews being a consistant reviewer myself (or used to be), and also general code for templates and sigs. Also introduce you to the guys I am closest with on here SysRq and Orian. (Although Orian probably introduced himself already knowing him). Ya, I don't know why I am ranting on this page. R1 pee review

Thanks for your reveiw. No i didn't proof read it, i figured i might be changing it after the reveiw so i didnt bother. I did intend on keeping it as a piano/bike, but the engine really is the "genesis" engine, and that word seems to have too many "important" uses to let go, including the creation of the universe.
