I know the Nazi war crime fugitives are on the run, they just found a hiding place in the hills of Kentucky, Tennessee and Arkansas within the KKK. I see a connection to decrease the number of African-Americans across the country, but again the Jews are pretty much behind this and the Democrats now focus on having more Latinos in the US population.
