“Well, if I had a nickel for each time I was left out of somethin', I'd be a happy rich mouse!”

Raichu Theodore Warner Sr, otherwise known as Raichu, is a character who was from a faraway realm before landing here. He is a gentle soul, who sometimes visits other realms to show that his race (Toons) is peaceful. His hobbies include annoying enemies, binge-eating cheese pizza and acting like a lovable goofball.
History[edit | edit source]
Sometime after Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Professor Oak wanted to make a non-mythical talking Pokémon, and he started small with a Pichu egg. By injecting a special DNA strand in said egg, Oak was able to create a talking Pichu that learned English as it ages. As the Pichu aged, Oak decided to raise it like a son, teaching it the ways of a hero, while also giving it the nurture it needs.
Soon after, the Pichu evolved into a fully grown Raichu that spoke like a charmer, and Oak couldn't be more proud. However, he made the foolish mistake of giving this Raichu to his grandson, Gary Oak. Gary treated the Raichu like a tool, even going as far as starving it. On 23 of May 2019, Gary abandoned Raichu in the pouring Viridian City rain, not giving a single care for its well being. When Oak found out, he went to find the Raichu, broken both mentally and physically, and he was infuriated with Gary, all the while feeling guilty for giving someone as cruel his own creation.
For the Raichu's safety, Oak sent the Raichu to live with his cousin Samson Oak in Alola, all the while giving Gary his comeuppance. During the time Raichu was in Alola, he was still skeptical, but slowly made his way at home in the sunny climate. Since he worked as a teacher, Samson thought it would be a good idea to show Raichu to his students at the Pokemon School. While all of his students were impressed, Ash's Pikachu was a bit skeptical, but he slowly warmed up to Raichu.
Over the span of 10 days, Samson made many new discoveries with the Raichu, including his love of pizza, his fondness of cartoons, even his own creativity (Samson was surprised to see a perfect sand recreation of SpongeBob's pineapple home by Raichu). As with regional variants, Raichu began to show a personality as that of Daffy Duck, but he retained his heart of gold (as shown with him using his Toon-like abilities to foil a scheme by Team Rocket).
When it came time for Raichu to head back to Kanto, Samson gave him a trip to one of his favorite places: Poni Canyon. After a day of sightseeing, Raichu was sent back to Kanto, where Oak gave him a special gift: a device that allowed him to understand other Pokémon. Raichu was ecstatic, and began talking to many wild Pikachu. Then after 8 years of living with Oak, Raichu moved out (but not before giving Oak a painting of his many adventures) and went on to find a steady job. The rest was history after this point.
Relations with any leaders of the realms he landed on[edit | edit source]
He's peaceful if they're peaceful, and he's hostile if they're hostile.

...THE BIG ONE[edit | edit source]
When all of his tricks go south, Raichu has a secret weapon: Red Bull. When he guzzles it down, he goes full on Looney Tune, destroying everything (and defeating every foe) in his path. However, there's a catch: It lasts 10 seconds, so Raichu has to make good use of it. But when properly used, even the fiercest villains will be cowering at the sight of Raichu.

Times where he and Scotch were not friends like pet and owner[edit | edit source]
One time in 2008, Scotch (like Gary in that one SpongeBob episode) ran away from Raichu for unknown reasons, leaving Raichu depressed, and causing Raichu to sing a parody of "Gary Come Home" called "Scotchy Come Home" while he and Wakko were putting up missing Meowth signs. 4 months later, Raichu and Scotch were happily reunited.
