Comments	Abstain. As with all Soggy's work (well nearly all), I would have voted in favour. But here I just don't think it works as well, though I can see what was being attempted. Perhaps being 'UnBritish' is something a bit more nebulous as that is really one name to cover at least four nations (or 3 1/2 with Northern Ireland). Sorry.
