Apparently some New Zealand company got in trouble for using it and then there was this forum in which they discussed it and someone posted the link to the Finnish thing. Sonje - go ahead and ask for money. The Finnish TV consortium has been robbing the viewers blind, meanwhile decreasing quality until the blindness no longer matters. Seriously, of course you can get some money if they have used an image you have made. This is an international law, I take it, even if the image is a joke one. John Lydon: the page basically says that it was an accident, and the dude responsible for the graphics has fucked the thing up, stupidly getting the image by googling instead of from a reliable source. And though I support the idea of sticking it to the man (or consortium), the stuff I post here is most likely public domain so I doubt I would be able to wrangle any royalties outta them.
