- Two things. 1) UnNews certainly hasn't, as the quality of articles ther are still showing a net-gain over time. 2)The question was asked in January, and proved to be too early. Uncyclopedia, as a web community and not a TV show, has the fortunate situation of an nearly infinate supply of users coming in. I think the current state is a result of two things: 1) Google castrating us. 2) We need to treat n00bs just a little better around here, methinks.--<<>> 16:30, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

- Not at all. Though I know nothing of the technical aspect of things, I've still been reading consistently strong material here which is why I'm still around. Happy? ;) -- Imrealized 19:00, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

- Well, the articles are getting better, and the users seem to be streaming in pretty fast. But I must admit, I haven't been seeing as many edits as of late. t o m p k i n s blah. ﺞوﻦ וףה ՃՄ ண்ஸ ފއހ วอฏม +տ trade websites 00:31, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

- I think it might have. And it's kind of sad, really. But it might just be that it's summer, and when everybody gets back to the daily routine, in about September or something, it'll be BAAACK!!! --Nerd42eMailTalkUnMetaWPediah2g2 16:28, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

- Yes, the funniest part of Uncyclopedia was when Benson joined. It just don't get any funnier than that, and it was sweeps week when that happened. --2nd_Lt Orion Blastar (talk) 02:14, 9 July 2006 (UTC)
- Viewer ratings have definitely slipped. Uncyclopedia has gone on way past its prime, not to mention the inane spinoffs about retarded alien room mates in some vain attempt at comedy. Uncyclopedia had it great when there was nothing else to watch, but people change the channel, it's that simple. Look at how many wikis are out there now, waiting to be vandalized. - Uncyclopedia has jumped the shark. Literally. Chron tied the servers to a pair of waterskis and drove them over a shark. --EvilZak 06:59, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
- The last time this was brought up, a poop writing competition was held to improve article submissions. It seems that may be in order to save Uncyclopedia once again...--<<>> 13:10, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
