Hi! I can see you are relatively new here, and may not be familiar with our ways. I also see that you've removed an ICU template from a page you created, twice now. Please be aware that removing these sort of templates outright before adequate changes have been made is a very bad thing. A better course of action is to replace it with a {{construction}} tag, after you've done a good bit of work. This signifies that you will be coming back to it, and have not abandoned it. I've gone ahead and put the ICU tag back on until such a time as further improvements are made, and I will be watching the article. Please note that if you remove the ICU tag again without putting another maintenance tag in it's place, or without significant improvement to the article, I will be listing you on Ban Patrol.
