User:Kazuma Satō/World War 1 in a Alternate Universe
In a alternate universe, World War 1 is a military conflict that took place between In May, 28, 1914 which subsiquently lead to the deaths of 60 Million People worldwide and many places destroyed. It was caused by the Assasisination of Captain Alex located in the British Gold Coast who was shot by Moto Moto who was a Mahdist extremist which the movement was supported by German Empire which then lead a domino effect across the World.
Leading Causes of the War[edit | edit source]
A beginning cause of the war was Rooster Revolt of 1871 where the North German Confederation trained up Roosters to wreck havoc French farmland which then caused a famine in France of which the French blamed the Germans as a excuse to unify the southern German states since the North German Confederation was formed after The War of the Spanish Succession in 1863 after Ferdinand the Bull died without a hier which caused a regional war in Europe over the successor of Spain which made Otto Suwen of Prussia victorious against the Austrian Empire and united the Northern German states with the creation of the Kingdom of Elsaß-Lothringen since France lost the war, the Treaty of Ostrava had France forcefully remove Pepé Le Pew from the French Throne and the French Empire transition into a Republic again which began the rivalry between the German Empire and the Third French Republic. Another leading cause of the war was the ongoing rivalries and webs of alliances in Europe. The War of the Second Spanish Succession lead to many rivarlies and new alliances. The United Kingdom was a prime example of this since it had to fight the Prussians, the Swedes, the Spanish, and the Russians in a single war which their allies which were the French, Austrians, Italians, Portuguese and Ottomans weren't the most competent and ended up losing the war which resulted into alliance shifting. With another example being the Second Crimean War where the Austrians backstabbed the Russians and gained some small territorial gains as well did the Germans which made Russia shift allied eyes to France and would remain as a defensive pact between the two nations against the now declared Central Powers. That isn't the only betrayal here folks since Italy loves playing the switching sides games as it switched sides throughout its history and no one knew what side it would join in since it first fought the French, then the Austrians, then French again and Austria again and now were somehow allied with Austria now. This said alliance was due to the Central Powers but then Italy backstabbed Austria during the war... I know shocker. Speaking of unsurpsing turn of events, the Ottoman Empire wasn't the most stable state since by the late 1890's, several nations declared independence with the help of Russia, this is due to the Slavic Brotherhood between them and the efforts to Remove Kebab. So for once, the Ottomans were seeing a closer bond with Austria. The Balkans were a different story altogether so to heavily simplify it: The Ottomans got gangbanged in 1912, then Bulgaria became a jerk and started bullying everyone else except Albania, then they got gangbanged and yeah, you can see how relations in the Balkans are right now.
The Assasination and Mobilization[edit | edit source]
On May 28, 1914, Moto Moto who was the viceroy of the Gold Coast was fatally shot by a Mahdist Extremist after Moto said his wife was "Big and Chunky" Which sparked outrage among the British press and general public over the German Empire that such a "disgusting monster" could be put into power and labled the man as a "Moral savior" which only caused MORE outrage in the UK which forced Prime Minister Geoffrey Butler to send a diplomat to the German Empire demanding the Germans to pay tribute to the death of Moto Moto which was then refused which caused initial conscription and mobilization in Britain against the Germans, when intel arrived to Germany about the mobilizing British forces and navy, they did the same and the two powers eventually declared war on each other on June 20, 1914. What would've been a singular war didn't last long however as France and Russia joined in against the Germans since they were still incredibly angry over the loss of the Second War of the Spanish Succession however then new allies for the Germans came about when Spain and Austria joined the war in the same day that France and Russia joined in since they were allies with the Germans and wanted influence in France and Russia respectivley. And thus began the Great War.....
1914[edit | edit source]
The first battle of the war began when a Russian Expeditionary force fought the Germans at the Battle of Tilsit When the Russians crossed the border and Memel River to fight the German garrsion there which ended in a minor victory for the Russians as they occupied the city but this minor victory's effect wouldnt last long as the Germans defeated the Russians at the Battle of Kulm under prominent German General Reinhard van Astrea which began the devastating advance into Congress Poland. Here's how warfare functioned during WW1: Two forces would meet each other but instead of immediatley shooting, one would dig inside to form trenches and the other would do the same, this resulted in longer battles which had many fears for death such as disease, poison, artillery strikes, rats, enemy gunfire and many others, in order for one side to win, they had to rush across "No mans-land" until either the offenders give up/retreat or the defenders are overrun. This would cost many lives and the deaths of thousands just for minor border changes. Across the border the French gave military access to the British and began sending their stacks of men into the battle. Meanwhile the Spanish initially couldn't do much against the French due to the immense defensives along the border so the Germans decided to march through Belgium but remember the British forces arriving to mainland Europe? Well the minister of war, James Bond had a prediction that the Germans would march through the flat terrain of Belgium but what he didn't predict was the Dutch getting involved as there was a nationalist movement going on in the Netherlands to reclaim Flanders from Belgium so on August 31, 1914 the Netherlands declared war on Belgium which resulted in the Dutch Invasion of Belgium through the Flemish countryside and also attacked the British forces there, the Belgians and British were like "really nigga" and this had a disaterous effect on the British and Belgian soldiers enforced there, you may be wondering what the French are doing right now,the French were busy on Spain and the German border where in the Battle of Puigcerda the French were successful in defeating the Spanish using the power of wine and began pushing into Catalonia where the Spanish general of the front, Peter Pank was finally stationed in Barcelona where he successfully fended off the French in their first invasion attempt Meanwhile in the Carpathian mountains, the Russians were kicking the Austrians asses since the only general serving at the front was Mattie the Goose-boy who was a rather incompetent general against the chad Nikolai Dante who was pushing all the way until the Carpathian Mountains where it was a stalemate. Serbia and Montenegro decided to form a coalition on Austria and declared war on October 28, 1914 and were pushing into Austrian Bosnia and Vojvodina. As a result, the most competent general of Austria-Hungary at the time, Woodys Fichtl Lied was deployed to the Balkans front and absolutely rekt the Serbians and Montenegrins at the Battle of Sarajevo where over 2 thousand coalition forces were captured, imprisoned and raped by Bubbles. There were rarley naval battles in this war but one battle that took place was the Battle of Doggers Bay where the British and Germans showed off their naval might and how OPAF they are. Meanwhile in the other parts of the world, the French and British gangbanged on German Togoland and German New Guinea and it immediatley surrendered but the other German colonies put up more of a fight, the Spanish colonies in Africa didn't last longer either as the only one that truly held out was Spanish Guinea as the other parts surrendered quickly thanks to the French, the only reason that colony held out more was it bordered German Kamerun which actually managed to make French Gabon surrender which was a major accomplishment in Africa. Around Christmas of 1914 was a rather pleasant change as the Christmas Truce occured where soldiers from all nations at war decided to have unofficial ceasefire where they would often trade items, chat with each other over their personal lives, sometimes give gifts to each other and even as far as a football match between British and German soldiers. The ceasefire proved to be a fucking pain in the ass for the commanders however as they had to deploy and swap soldiers to a different trench since the soldiers refused to kill their own friends and rightfully so but the asshole commanders forced them and that was it.
1915[edit | edit source]
1915 saw new combatants enter the war for the Entente, the new allies were Italy and Japan, lets start off with Italy, the Italians were actually part of the Central Powers but they still disliked Austria-Hungary over "Italian owned lands" and with promises of owning the Austrian coast if they joined in, Italy declared war on Austria on May 23, 1915 and immediatley tried invading them but the terrain proved difficult and didn't help that the Italian general of the front was Jonny Logan whose tactics for the mountains were rather poor which the Austrians took advantage and deployed Günter and destroyed the Italian 15th Army at the Battle of Tolmin when the Italians attempted to invade in modern day Slovenia. Meanwhile Japan joined the war because it wanted to take German Colonies in the Pacific which was their initial role but then they played a much major role when the Qing Dynasty got involved in the war. Speaking of the Qing, the new allies for the Central Powers are the Ottoman Empire and the Qing Dynasty. The Ottomen were still bitter about the First Balkan War despite their minor victory at the Second Balkan War, under the genius naval command of Pac-Man, a naval bombardment occured at Sevastopol which enraged the Russians which got the Ottomans roped in the war. The Ottomen tried invading through their small border with the Russians but the Battle of Ardahan proved to be disasterous and the Russians formed a counter offensive and defeated the Ottomen at the Battle of Kars which forced the Ottomen to deploy The Brickster to fight which resulted in a stalemate as trench warfare occured there too. The British, Australian and French tried forming a massive coalitionary attack on Galipoli but that ended in failure thanks to poor planning and Turist Ömer proving to be a competent general against the United forces, lets look at the Qing now. The Qing were extremely sour over the First Sino-Japanese War and the Boxer Rebellion and a new government that wanted to kick foreigners out of Chinese lands. After land promises from the Germans, the Qing signed up and invaded Entente controlled areas of Peking and was initially sucessful until Japan entered the war against the Central Powers which pitted the Chinese against the Japanese again. The Chinese attempted to kick the Russians out of Manchuria which proved successful but when they tried invading Japanese Korea which was a failure, Japan's most promiment general at the time, Light Yagami was initially rather useless but all of that changed when he found a Death Note which he used in battle to kill any officers in the Chinese army which confused the soldiers while the Japanese Banzai charged their way to kill any Chinese troops that didn't run. This wouldn't be a 1 sided conflict as Ping Xiao Po was a immensley powerful and feared general since he had the abilities of Chi and vaporized many Japanese soldiers which proved to be exceptional in the Battle of Dalian. Back in Europe the Germans were pushing deeper into Russia and were approaching Warsaaw and managed to capture Klaipéda in the Battle of Klaipéda but the Russians made a decisive victory at the Battle of Rzeszow where many Austro-Hungarians and even Germans were captured. In the Western Front, the Dutch and Germans attempted to kick the British and Belgian forces at the Battle of Ghent but Dick Dastardly himself was present and thanks to him and other generals, the Dutch-German coalition failed in the siege and were pushed back a bit. Meanwhile in the Iberian front, the French managed to capture Huesca which was proving the Spanish were rather incompetent but the Spanish did make a minor victory at the Battle of Hendaye. In terms of colonies major advancements were made across the world since the British and French captured Dutch Suriname but the Dutch managed to kick the Australians out of New Guinea and take the Borneo parts of British Malaya and Burundi. In terms of Belgium and France, the Germans couldn't do much since the French defenses and trenches held them back but they did invade Luxembourg and captured their capital which boosted morale in the German ranks as a small new front opened. Around October of 1915, the Austrians pushed the Italians all the way into Udine with the Battle of Udine but French reinforcements finally arrive and hold the Austrians back for a bit. The last major event of 1915 was the surrender of German Southwest Africa when the South Africans slaughter the Boers for the third time I think? Overall the only two successful fronts so far are German Kamerun and German East Africa since the invasion in East Africa proved disasterous for the British and Belgians due to the skirmishes and terrain thanks to German marshall Crash Bandicoot.
1916[edit | edit source]
1916 proved to be a really hectic and active year for the war as it saw the most combatants enter the war at once so lets start chronologically. Around Janurary 1916, the Germans decided to push into Brussels and with Dutch assistance did just that in the Battle of Brussels where the Germans finally took a decisive victory in Belgium and began pushing into the French heartland where major trench warfare battles took place there. The Spanish were actually making some minor victories at the Battles of Pamplona and Arguis but these effects wouldn't be long until the French captured Barcelona and the French going down the Aragonese coast as well. Italy was making victories in the Battle of Roverto and the Battle of Verona however the Austrians defeated the Italians at the Battle of Belluno and were pushing them deeper. Over in Russia, the Germans just captured Warsaw in the Siege of Warsaw which gave the Central Powers morale. So much so that Bulgaria, who was still salty over the Second Balkans War signed on in April 12th, 1916 which caused Romania and Greece to form a coalition against Bulgaria to prevent a second grand empire. Which opened up newer fronts. Major Bulgarian general Kliment earned decisive victories at the Battles of Berovo and Petrich and pushed west and East against the Greeks and Serbians. It didn't help for the Serbians when the Bulgarians swiftly captured Skopje at the Battle of Skopje where it convinced the Albanians to sign on and attack the Montenegrins and Serbians due to the fact that Albania had friendly relations with Austria-Hungary and desired to control Kosovo which was a Albanian majority area of Serbia which they desired, the captured Pristina in June 14 at the Siege of Pristina due to lack of manpower and supplies. Serbia surrendered shortly after by Montenegro. Romania was getting shredded as while they made a semi successful front into Transylvania, the Bulgarians were invading Romania from the south and eventually Romania lost Bucharest but still continued fighting in Moldavia. Big news were to come in the north however as after some negociations between the two Sweden-Norway declared war on the Russian Empire over the Åland and Finland, the Swedish Chef and Minecraft Steve were exceptional generals who had many different tactics to winning battles in the rough terrain of northern Finland. Steve was notable for being able to build defenses and forts really quickly while the Swedish Chef was a military genius in terms of supplies. The only general stationed up in the far north, Fyodor Dostoevsky while competent, didn't prove to be able to stand up against the experienced generals and was constantly pushed back all the way until Vaasa where the Russians held the city during its first siege. Meanwhile the Germans were making many victories and were in sight of Paris but then French reinforcements finally arrived and after the Battle of Meaux the French held their own and even managed to overrun the German forces there, in response to this, under the command of Pyotr Lushkov the Russians initially defeated the Germans at the Battle of Miechów and the Austrians at the Battle of Drohobych but the main issue was the straining of supplies which meant the Russians couldn't go further so they had to wait out for supplies. Around the same time the Russians were close to capturing Trabzon which would've been disaterous for the Ottomen as they would lose a key port so The Brickster though of a plan. In the initial artillery strike, the Ottomen were positioning their own artillery and explosives while the Russians were preparing to enter the city itself, and while the Russians did face heavy casualties in the area, it was a pyrryhic victory at best and the Russians suffered more losses then the Ottomans. Speaking of devastating news for the Ottomans, the British garrison at Kuwait was making its way up the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers in order to lay siege to Baghdad but was pushed back at the Battle of Kut. At around July 6th, the Bulgarians laid siege to Thessaloniki in order to capture a major city in Greece as well as gaining territory the Bulgarians always desired, Greek general Anastasios defended the city until the National Schism of Greece occured when the King and the Prime Minister of Greece split into two entities due to which side to choose which made it disaterous but this period didn't last long since the British fleet nearby bombarded Athens and forced the king to abdicate. By this time the Swedes made a siege at the Battle of Murmansk where it was one of the most deadly battles of the entire war with over 10k soldiers from both sides in just the first 2 hours since both sides imported the best machinery from their allies, the entire battle would go on with over 98k soldiers dying with a phyrric Swedish victory. Meanwhile a equally deadly battle in France would occur at the Battle of Clermont where in the entire battle, 110k lives were lost which combined soldier and civilian lives. In Africa, the Germans and Spanish were doing well in their equatorial colonies with a decisive victory being handed to the Germans at the Battle of Zanzibar City where the entire British garrison stationed there surrendered in droves. Things were looking really ugly for the Entente and its allies with the exception of Asia where the Japanese defeated the Qing at the Battle of Baishan with over 200 Chinese Men surrendering. However there was a glimpse of hope when in July 30th, 1916 the Black Tom explosion occurred where over hundreds of American civilians were injured and dozens dead when German agents sabtoged munitions in Jersey City which caused president Woody Woodpecker rallied in pro-Entente support and on August 4th, 1916, the United States declared war on the German Empire which brought a set of horror stories since the U.S was a world power and had many manpower which had the Germans in fear that the Americans could reinforce the British and French forces to defeat the Germans, so the Germans showed off their naval might by beginning to sink more ships with their U-boats but it wouldn't be long until the Entente installed anti-Submarine devices on their ships. The Americans began forming a naval collaboration with the British to navally invade the Swedish-Norwegians with a new front opening up in November 3, 1916, the Battle of Trondheim where it was a decisive victory for the British and American soldiers landing at the nearby coast and ports of the town however in the following Battle of Melhus they were defeated and pushed back to the city limit. At this point, there were no more Christmas Truces and at the Berlare Incident where a attempted truce was made between the British, Belgians and Germans though it turned ugly as it ultimately became a brawl and broke down relations between the Entente and Central Powers even further.
1917[edit | edit source]
1917 began with the immediate introduction of a new combatant which was Persia joining in after Russian and British harassment as well as the Ottomen promising them new territories as well as major influence in the area so Persia signed on and opened up 3 new fronts in Asia with the most notable one being in the Battle of Gwadar where some of the Pakistani soldiers defected to the Iranians since the saw the British Raj as Hindu Supremacists and continued moving east until the Battle of Panjgur where the British managed to defeat the Persians there. Meanwhile the Germans defeated the French at the Battle of Clermont and were in sight of Paris once again. At this point, the French and British were desperate to defend the city since it was a morale stronghold in there. And at the First Wave, the Germans overran the British and French garrison but they were promptly defeated in the Second Wave and were pushed back. Up in the Iberian Peninsula, Portugal joined the war and immediately opened up new fronts against Spain immediately with the first battle being the Battle of Cedillo where the Portuguese attempted to invade the Spanish mainland but the battle proved to be a stalemate. After months of harassment, the British and Portuguese were able to defeat the Spanish at the Battle of Gibraltrar where it proved to be a descisive victory however things werent looking better in the north as the Swedes and Norwegians managed to repel a British and American invasion in the Battle of Stjørdal and were threataning the Russians at Oulu which was a major city in Finland and with the Germans capturing Kaunas at the Siege of Kaunas and poor conditions, the Russian army began revolting against the current Tsar, Gibby I which resulted in him abdicating the throne and the Russian Republic being established with Japanese-Russian Kazuma Satō as head of state and former general Megumin as the Prime Minister. However there was another looming force in Russian politics which was the Socialist party first being led by Andrey Kalinin who was more of a economic socialist than a political one and as the Republic continued to function as if it were the Empire, the more and more Russians were switiching socialist while counter socialist movements formed with the most notable one being a pro-Ukrainian movement lead by Pjotr Dijevas which caused major chaos in Russia in the interior of it. The Germans seeing a oppurtunity to completely destroy Russian morale attempted to siege Minsk at the First Siege of Minsk but the Russians managed to crush the Germans which gave new morale to the Russian army as there were foreign volunteers from nations like Ethiopia and the Kurdish rebels in the Ottoman Empire. They managed to start a Armenian rebellion in Trebizond at the Trebizond Revolt where the city was under Armenian insurrection however the Ottomen had a response which was the Armenian Genocide where memers were sent to death for posting shitty Reddit memes. In Africa, the Germans sieged Butembo at the Siege of Butembo and captured it from the Belgians which sparked a rebellion in Kinshasa where there were Congolese sepratists which were being funded by the Germans and Spanish where by April 15, the Kongo Restoration had begun and the Congolese War of Independence began against the pussy ass Belgians. where the rebellion would prove to be one of the few successful fronts of the war as the Congolese got independence from the Belgians on 1919. Around this time, 2 new combatatants entered the war with the first being Portugal. The Portuguese recently overthrew the monarchy and was looking for ways to increase its influence after the humiliating blunder of the Pink Map. France offered Portugal Spain's remaining colonies and Portugal accepted and declared war on Spain on May 4th, 1917. Another combatant was Mexico, seeing as how America and Britain were at first going after the Norwegian coast, Germany sent a telegram to Mexico offering them the lands lost during the Mexican-American War to which Mexico signed on and launched a surprised siege at El Paso which got the Americans living in the city freaked out as the siege would carry on for months until the Mexicans captured it. The Americans would avenge this loss by sieging Tijuana which was a important Mexican city which then promtly caused a blockade on the east coast of Mexico as the Americans begin a new offensive towards Monterrey.
