This is all total sickening nonsense puppy, please don't take it personally. As you can see, the community as a whole felt strongly enough about your candidacy to put you into the final round. Competitive interest[edit source]
Following this now archived discussion, while it's probably a moot point for the current one, it's fairly standard procedure to outright ask who intends to participate in a proposed competition at the proposed time and judge interest based on that. Once the competition begins, it is generally assumed that this has already been done and that there indeed were sufficient folks who said they would participate for it to work, so for future contests, I'd suggest being more deliberate about that. Might help. ~ 02:13, 23 April 2012
- So I shouldn't act unilaterally without getting feedback from the community first, and make decisions upon everyone's behalf? Nominally Humane! 02:14 23 Apr
- This was merely a suggestion for how to more effectively run contests based on the common methodology; while you're welcome to ignore it, attempting to divert the subject with a boomerang is hardly constructive. Thank you. ~ 02:27, 23 April 2012
- That's okay. You're similarly welcome to not give unsolicited advice and expect it to be taken as canon. Nominally Humane! 02:35 23 Apr
- Could you children please keep it down? Daddy's watching the game, and if he has to get up and clean up any blood, he's going to kill both of you, mmmkay? Don't make me get my belt. ~ Mon, Apr 23 '12 4:52 (UTC)
- Wow, butthurt much? "I love running things, but I hate responsibility and feedback." PotR for admin – Sir Skullthumper, MD (criticize • writings • critchat) 02:32 Apr 27, 2012
- It's nothing to do with that, just that I got a little sick of someone's passive aggression, and thought that pointing out that I'd rather she just shut the fuck up because I had no interest in listening to someone who has been going out out her way to be a character assassin. It is working, however. (Which reminds me...) Nominally Humane! 02:53 27 Apr

♥ Hiiiiiii... ♥ [edit source]
Yeah, uh...just wanted to let you know that the patrol script is pretty much "finished", as in, "there's nothing much more I can do to improve it." It allows the file to grow to 20kB (enough for several thousand tokens) and then resets to 4kB (or about 500). As for hiding it from recent changes...well, it may not be that big of a deal. IPs generally just fuck things up, so their changes are usually just reverted or undone. Last few days, the IP edits I've seen that were legit totaled < 10 for an evening. And not every change that one makes to a file shows up grouped together at the top of RC, for some reason. So, uh, I guess my point is...feel free to use the patrol script for now, it won't flood RC too badly, I don't think.
Also, let me know if I changed it to work the way you wanted. ~ Mon, Apr 23 '12 11:23 (UTC)
Competition[edit source]
Can I submit my UnNews to VFH or shall I wait until the competition is over?? *smokes a bagel* Mattsnow 20:31, April 24, 2012 (UTC)
- Go for it. The competition asks that you don't use PR or RadX, but given it's to encourage UnNews creation, a feature is well within the spirit of the comp. Nominally Humane! 11:16 24 Apr
My userpage is backed up[edit source]
Click here to see the original version, that is before it got vandalized. It's got some featured articles transcluded onto it now. (Though this also marks my userpage as featured.) Check it out. -- This has been an automated message by Cute Zekrom (talk) 23:45, April 24, 2012 (UTC)
- Yah. The transclusion of the FA template will screw things up. Very bad. You may want to do something about that. (Maybe subst them and remove the FA template?) Nominally Humane! 11:49 24 Apr
Best Old UnNews audio Who?[edit source]
As of right now I don't see any entries for Best Old UnNews audio. Rather odd, as that would be a really easy category to enter--"Hey, I already did the work; all I have to do is type in the name and I'm entered!" Woah[edit source]
Puppy I just realised how many lies you've been telling us! Seriously, you aren't even a dog (let alone a puppy) but instead a cat, and not even a kitty cat, but a cat, a pussy cat. And you aren't a guy, you are a female cat, with a vagina. Why would you lie about that? And you obviously aren't from Australia, because there are no cats in Australia. And I just learnt that you have never been on the radio...some online music players yes, but never on any AM or FM radio. Which makes this all the more baffling. Why would you conceal your real identity as an old-female-non-australian-cat-who-has-been-on-live-streaming-internet-players. It's not like we are the kind of people who would judge you for being one of those...which you are. Boy do you have some explaining to do! --ShabiDOO 18:51, April 25, 2012 (UTC)

"...dishwasher?!?"[edit source]
lol, "Rundfunk" didn't have enough letters, huh? ~ Thu, Apr 26 '12 8:22 (UTC)
- Actually, I was taking over what Guildy left at Der Unwehr (which is the R in Ritter), and figured I don't want to take his title, so I thought of a new title that was as close to "busboy" as I could come up with. My German is nein existant, so Google threw that word at me for "dishwasher" and I used that there, and then thought "That'll look good in a signature", and then realised I was five characters short, so dropped the Ritter on there. (I assume that means something like "Sir".) Nominally Humane! 08:35 26 Apr

Rules of Puppy Talk Page[edit source]
Can you delete other peeps comments from a talk page? I usually would make an exception with obvious vandalism, vile abuse etc, what size underpants you wear but other peeps comments?? Since you are up for the admin cap, that would mean that comments left by others on this page should not be removed so that others can see what happens with future issues. Disclosure and transparency, see-through baby doll nightdresses in the parlance here. Thoughts? --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 09:42, April 26, 2012 (UTC)
- I haven't done it yet. It was more that I was getting sick of unslicited advice and patronising comments. I just reserve the right to delete it, which help discourage them being given. Nominally Humane! 09:45 26 Apr
Contest question[edit source]
On rewrites of an old UnNews, when we mainspace them do they go under the old date of the article or "today's" date of the rewritten article's mainspacing? Thanks. Aleister (UTC)
- It's up to Mattsnow. I remember when I adjusted the date on an older UnNews ages ago and someone (maybe Spike or Chief, but I could be making that up) changed it back and asked me to not update the date as it stuffs up what should go on the front page. I didn't agree, as I think substantial rewrites should have a chance to shine, but Mattsnow's the man to make that call. For the purposes of the Pee Buddy it doesn't matter. If anything though, I'd hold off until after the competition is ended and judged (which is about a week away) as we can then highlight the winners on the UnNews page as featured UnNews with a more relevant timeframe. Nominally Humane! 02:27 27 Apr
- Alright. So I should just leave it on a user space until it's judged and dragged through the mud? It still needs editing and tweaking too. Thanks. And I nommed a page but it's coming up a red link, although I thought I did everything right - if you have ten minutes could you take a look at it. Thanks. Now, get back and write the history of the whole damn world! Al 3:35 27-4-'12

- Same here. And it goes back to there as I've been slowly going back through the edits over the last few days. Now that User:PuppyOnTheRadio/History of the world is complete (short of images and hopefully a review) I'm taking a minor writing break, then I have Pee Buddy judging next week, then clearing up the PQ again. - I was just going through similar where I was picking on users whose edits I know are likely to be good, or stuff on talk pages, or user pages. For instance, I checked last revision of User:FreedomFruit and User:FreedomFruit/sig (and reverted one) and therefore anything earlier is "safe" to call patrolled. Nominally Humane! 07:02 27 Apr
