This is the talk page for discussing improvements to The White Album.
This is also a forum for spreading libelous rumors about the article's subject.
This is not a forum for general discussion about what you did last night. We have the Village Dump for things like that.

Template[edit source]

The Beatles template goes here as putting it on the article page would mess up the article's concept. --Ogopogo 04:00, 27 July 2006 (UTC)

ROFL HAHAHAHA --Savethemooses 20:35, 29 Mar 2005 (EST)

If we have to put up with this, should it not at least go into the Music category? Otherwise, people will never find it except through The Culinary Ants. --Clanger 05:19, 30 Mar 2005 (EST)

That's an idea, but can it be done while keeping things white?--220.240.177.5 11:23, 30 Mar 2005 (EST)
Everything except the category entry, yes.--Clanger 11:36, 30 Mar 2005 (EST)

Just like to note that I think the track listings help this immensely. --MitchO 12:18, 30 Mar 2005 (EST)

Recent revert ?[edit source]

Ogopogo,

Regarding you last edit, I was curious if there was a way to add an interal link to the article ? As my last edit to the page (through a secret link) didn't disturb the White Album is there another way to add a link to the page ? 70.88.222.93 20:55, 17 Oct 2005 (UTC)

Hi! The person (not me) who started the article used white font for effect, just like the original White Album record jacket; and I think that the white-font is an interesting and unique concept for this article that's worth keeping as a feature of the article. The problem with adding internal links is that, if not done right, they result in non-white-font text appearing in the article, ruining the article's effect. In your case, I rechecked your edit and what you added was a link to article "Blankity Blank". I didn't realize that what you did was add a link; I thought you were adding an empty "." for no useful reason. Just now, I've edited the article to add back your link, along with a white-font "See also:" to make it clearer that it's a link. --Ogopogo 05:17, 18 Oct 2005 (UTC)

  • Sorry about that. I probably should have left a more clearer message in the history/article. I've been trying to get this article off the Dead-end page for awhile now. I was going to suggest a custom blank template (or an invisible link to the standard blank template). Thanks for the help. 70.88.222.85 17:12, 19 Oct 2005 (UTC)

this article is hilarious, i personally found it through the "random page" button. keep keep keep Jayseki 22:04, 19 October 2008 (UTC)

Double Title[edit source]

The title is duplicated. One version is white, the other (real) version is 3/4 visible underneath. Also, the discussion link is missing entirely (I got here by changing the URL).
