NBA YoungBoy
“When I was young I use to fuck on my cousin.”
– An actual quote from NBA YoungBoy
NBA YoungBoy, AKA YoungBoy N***a Broke Again, AKA Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, is an American rapper, deity, mormon[1], career criminal, and person who can sing, based out of Utah. Known for his many songs that reached the Billboard 100 list throughout the years, NBA YoungBoy has also sold over 850 gazillion digital copies, making him one of the highest performing artists in the world as well as one of the youngest, as his first hit was from when he was only 3 years old and wrote "Fuck This Bottle, Hoe." He later founded his own music label called "Never Broke Again", which was ironic because everyone associated with it started out broke and stayed broke except for NBA YoungBoy himself. Unfortunately, NBA YoungBoy is also well known for his long list of crimes such as manufacturing illegal Coca-Cola, smoking grass from his neighbors lawn and pretending it was weed, and modifying automatic pistols to shoot rabbit turds. He was arrested around 5 million times during his life, but was eventually given a presidential pardon from the Don of America in 2025[2].
Early life[edit | edit source]
NBA YoungBoy was born in 1999 to (likely) a mom and a dad in Louisiana. When he was only 2, his neck was snapped like a twig after his parents thought he might be a wrestling prodigy and threw him headfirst into the Octagon. Somehow, this neck injury left him with permanent scars on his forehead of all places. Daddy and mommy got 55 years in jail for that little stunt, so NBA YoungBoy ended up being raised by his grandmother. After getting arrested for robbery, he began to write his first songs while up in the big house. After his release, grandma croaked, which meant NBA YoungBoy got sent to another theoretical prison: a group home for loser kids[3]. Due to him being 5'4" and weighing only 70 pounds, NBA YoungBoy was frequently beat up and molested, leading him to say:
"I used to get beat up, mane [sic], other boys, they be putting they hands on me, touching me sometimes, and I'm like 'Why you touching me bro? What'd I do? Gay as fuck.' And, like, it made me think: yo- I can sing." ~NBA YoungBoy on his time at the group home
After escaping the group home during an air raid alarm he set off by putting firecrackers in the headmasters fish tank, he moved in to the home of a lesser known Marvel villain[4], and together they robbed old ladies to be able to pay to use the local studio and record their music.
Career[edit | edit source]
In the beginning[edit | edit source]
There was NBA YoungBoy! Or so he claimed. NBA YoungBoy's first foray into music making was from a $12 microphone he had stolen from Walmart. The fist mixtape, titled Toilet Noises was dropped in 2015 to quite the splash. Life Before Gay was dropped later, reflecting his inner struggles with homosexuality, then Dennis the Menace 2, and Before I Go (Shit Myself). Fellow rappers Booty Badazz, Kevin "Big Peener" Gates, and Stroke Tha Don all began to take notice of the little upstart on the music scene. He also chose rapper Scotty Caine as the target of his requisite rapper beef diss track, which garnered significant attention due to his creative insults such as: "...you stick yo head inna toilet when I shit in your ears the poo come out yo mouth- that's yo music..."
NBA YoungBoy quickly began completing all the new rapper quest lines, starting by getting involved in a drive by shooting which landed him in jail yet again. While in jail, he released two more tapes, one of them musical in nature, and the other one sexual in nature. It should be noted that it was an all men's jail. He was eventually released on a plea deal in 2017.
In July of that year, he released his biggest work: AI YoungBoy, which was an entirely AI generated album. Somehow, it did extremely well, and put him on the Billboard 100 and 200 lists.
AI YoungBoy 2: electric boogaloo[edit | edit source]
In 2018, NBA Youngboy dropped a song titled "It's Hot Outside Today," which was a statement on how hot it was outside that day. This song peaked at #31 on the Billboard 100, and was considered to be the 'song of the summer' even though it was late Fall at that point.
Unable to resist the gravitational pull of a prison cell, NBA YoungBoy found himself doing butt stuff in jail again in 2018. Immediately after his release in 2019, he dropped the tape Master The Day of My Cumming which was quickly forgotten due to it being made up of hooting, hollering, and other barely incoherent noises all meant to signify the terrors of prison life.
Almost immediately after that, he violated probation and got arrested again, but this time it was only house arrest. For NBA YoungBoy, this meant a steady stream of hookers, gangsters, and fellow rappers could be seen funneling in and out of his house on the daily. In 2019 he, along with Juice World, dropped the smash hit that was "Band Git", which was also the last song Juice was on before death by percocet.
Later that year, he decided to re-release his album AI YoungBoy as AI YoungBoy 2: Electric Boogaloo, which debuted at the #1 spot on the 200 Billboard. It included popular songs such as "Slime Ball", "Slime Mentality", and "I Slimed in My Pants."
Momma, I'm a criminal (again)[edit | edit source]
In February 2020, NBA YoungBoy released the mixtape, Still Flexin, Still Steppin, which was ironically titled as, per usual, he was yet again behind bars and the only thing he was flexin' was his booty hole[5].
In 2020, he released yet another mixtape, which was titled 30 Baby 2, ignoring the fact there was never a 38 Baby 1.
Also around this time was the releasing of the eponymous "Right Foot Creep" which would later prove to be a cultural phenomenon for the worst of all reasons: it became meme music.
While in jail, he also released Dammit, Kentrell which made him the 3rd artist aside from fellow gangsters and criminals 2Pac and Lil Wayne to get a high charting on the Billboard 100 while in the slammer. He later released a deluxe version of this album, in which he enunciated better and listeners could actually hear the lyrics which had been paved over by blaring 808s and trap noises.
The last slimetoad, and others[edit | edit source]
NBA YoungBoy put on his NBA BigBoy pants finally in 2022, and released a diss track on King Von and NLE Choppa titled Colors, which was a not so subtle racist poke at them. This earned him an array of new death threats that he could frame and hang on his wall at home. He also collaborated with fellow rapper "Baby Dude" or "the Baby" or something during this time.
On August 5th, he released his magnum opus of the time: the Last Slimetoad. This album was a collaboration amongst YoungBoy and fellow jailbird Quav-o, Kehlanibaniwhani, and 8" Rod Wave.
Massa, please[edit | edit source]
In 2023, NBA YoungBoy was formally inducted into the Opium Gang ran by drug lord Playboi Carti, by giving him a silly piece of jewelry to wear. Fans and disciples of NBA YoungBoy thought this meant a collaboration in music, but this was not to be. NBA YoungBoy instead released an album, Fisher Price Shit, which placed him as the 6th best selling artist in the USA in 2023.
Finding himself behind bars for the millionth time in his life, he released mixtapes titled My Booty Itch, My Bitch Ain't Shit, and Where I Been, all of which went straight to his YouTube channel due to him not being allowed to talk to his record label. He then announced his 2025 tour titled "Make America Slime Again", which was a play on then president Donald Trump's campaign slogan. Ironically, Donald Trump pardoned him from all his crimes around this time too. There was a brief stint where he partnered up with the devil's very own chosen rapper, Travis Scott, to sing some tunes. After this, he released his greatest and latest, titles MASSA, which was a retrospective on how he felt the first time he "slimed his own pants." The majority of the songs in the tape incorporated slime into either the title or the lyrics, even if it made no sense at all, leading to such songs as "My Mom Slime", "When I was Slime", "Slime Cry", and "She Like the Slime."

Beefs and feuds[edit | edit source]
King Von[edit | edit source]
King Von oftentimes would offer one of his dreads to his disciples in order to infuse them with his hellish powers[6]. A young NBA YoungBoy wished to join the ranks of his followers, but was turned away at the door to one of his parties with the words: "Get outta here, busted ass lil n***a!" NBA YoungBoy never forgot this moment he had been shamed by his one-time idol, and proceeded to call Von every foul name he could think of, including "stinky pants" and "stupid loser." Possibly unrelated, Von was shot dead by a Never Broke Again member a few years later.
Gucci Mane[edit | edit source]
Following the accidental self diss that was "I Hate YoungBoy" from NBA YoungBoy, GUcci Mane realized that some of the lyrics were targeting him as well, names the "Used to fuck with Gucci 'til i seen he like them pussy n***as." Gucci responded eleoqeuntly by calling him a n***a several times. A very lame beef.
Beabadoobee[edit | edit source]
During 2024, people realized that Beabadoobee couldn't sing, meanwhile their deity, NBA YoungBoy could. This led to them creating artistic depictions of her being unable to sing whilst NBA YoungBoy led the world in song and dance with lasers blasting from his eyes. Beabadoobee took to Instagram to return fire for what she believed was a personal attack on her... by insulting her entire fanbase, calling them all "serial gooners" and proving for once and for all that she indeed could NOT sing. Beabadoobee has not been forgiven for her transgressions, but the saintly NBA YoungBoy has chosen not to continue the beef, and meekly accepted the title of "person who can sing."
Joe Biden[edit | edit source]
During one of his many drug trips on a podcast, President Joe Biden said this:
"Uhhhhhh ummmmm uhhh what else... uhhhh oh yeah, America is flbhsmsashsadnrrrrr... zzzzz... zzzz... wha- oh UH, you ready for me to tell the truth about that YoungBoy feller? That n***a is trash. He is horrible, real bad, a naughty man. Everyone says 'Oh NBA YoungBoy is great' but he's a pussy ass n***a! Now, uhhh, America, listen to me... zzzz..."
After some weak back and forth about penis measuring, they reconciled over Instagram DMs, and then both claimed that it was nothing more than a publicity stunt.
Philanthropy[edit | edit source]
NBA YoungBoy is known to give out free drugs out every Halloween, and imports cocaine directly from Cuba for his artificial ski slope in his back yard whenever it fails to snow enough.
