Yes, I ride, but British style. The Western style isn't popular over here. I don't have a horse these days, due to living in an extremely expensive city where stabling would cost more than my own house does, but I ride whenever I get the chance. RabbiTechno 16:32, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

I suppose that would be what's called "English riding" where I live. I want to learn English riding, but have never gotten the chance. So, instead, I tried riding bareback. I can do that at the ranch instead of having to drive 45 minutes out of my way to ride English :P I really like riding bareback. :) I have tried jumping too. It's not easy in a western saddle, but it's fun without any saddle ;)

I imagine jumping with a Western saddle would be hard, yes. I used to jump a lot, used to do three-day-eventing, gymkhanas and the like when I was younger, but gradually realised that what I liked best was just long countryside rides (what we call 'hacking' here, don't know if you use the same term) so that's all I do these days. Its been five days from the begining of the ohad uncyclopedia world and it already ended. I told you I was fast. It hadn't occured to me I will be faster than God. It was only incidental he happenned to be the first guy I took to challenge with the Uncyclopedia. I just thought it was a good show. Goes to show he does keep an eye on the cyclical parts of life. • It needs more pixies. I stopped when I went blind.

• It needs formatting, the table of contents thingie, and categories, all that beaurocratic crap
• It needs more funny, but I am out of ideas now.

Thanks for that was wondering how to do that. I entered a mtb race once I didnt like it I crashed going down the hardest hill on the course. Didnt do too badly though finished 6th out of 15 people. Never going to do it again why do u bother with mountain biking why make it harder on urself with mud and other such things I-Am-Royaltea 14:42, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

I was into BMX back in the 80s, so nowadays I'm into the dirtjump scene - I find road bikes don't appreciate that sort of riding. Having done 120miles on a road bike at my own pace, I'm not so sure if MTB is harder than competitive road racing must be anyway. TT lloks like pure torture to me, and as for hill climbs...I suppose all us cyclists are just masichists at the end of the day. RabbiTechno 14:46, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
