At Uncyclopedia, writing articles is not a requirement, but it certainly is a fun and easy way to express your creativity. To write an article, it's recommended that you start it in your userspace (for example, User:Mitch 1 2/Article about stuff) so you can edit it at your leisure. If you decide to create it in the cold world of mainspace, make sure it is in accordance with the policies laid out above, and if you're not done put the "Work-In-Progress" template - {{construction}} - onto it as well.
If you need help, ask me on my talk page, ask at the Dump, or ask an administrator on their talk page. Additionally, the Uncyclopedian Adopt-a-Noob program is there to bring experienced editors straight to you. Simply put {{adoptme}} on your Userpage to join. Again, welcome! -- Sir C Holla | CUN 07:35, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
In Soviet Russia, Canned Quotes Stop Putting You On Pages
I know you're intentions are good, but please do not add "In Soviet Russia" quotes to every page. If you look [[1]], you will see that we are actually trying to get rid of those quotes. Thanks. -- Sir C Holla | CUN 07:39, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
“In Uncyclopedia, fair enough!!”
Have a banana.
For this quote:
For users of IE <7: your browser sucks at rendering PNGs. For users of IE 7+: your browser sucks at rendering. For users of Opera: your browser sucks.
you get a banana. Enjoy it at a 1/6 of the price you'd pay for it on your side of the ditch.

Thanks for your edits on Kralnor
And thanks for the image! Nice to have some input from someone :D What are your thoughts on it content wise? I'd love some feedback! --Ceridwyn 00:30, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- Honestly, I don't actually play WoW, but I just went looking through the image namespace for an image of a stick. As for the content, it seems to be well written, and that Captain Planet rip-off is good. I was unsure of which spelling mistakes were intentional, so I didn't do much fixing.
- P.S. I haven't actually created an article in all my time here. Luckily nobody cares. -- Mitch 01:58, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- Well the Captain Planet rip-off isn't mine, and personally I think I can come up with better, its a bit obvious, the only intentional spelling mistakes would be staffs instead of the correct plural for staves. All others are unintentional /sigh. I thought I had been very vigilant but seems not. It still needs a lot of work to rewrite all the bits I didn't write.
- I did like the staff image, particularly since at lvl 11 theres basically bugger all good staves in WoW so it kind of completes the joke really. But in truth, Lord Kralnor's staff is too mighty for the mortal eye to behold, so I may reuse that image as an artistic impression of what his staff MAY have looked like, and use a blank or bright shining white image for the actual staff, lest the innocent be struck down. :D --Ceridwyn 02:44, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- Where did you "borrow" the stuff you didn't write yourself? -- Mitch 02:51, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- As per the spork tag at the bottom. I've also fairly diligently tagged whats not my writing in the code. I intend to pretty much rewrite everything, probably 80% or more is mine so far. I just wanted a base to build on. --Ceridwyn 03:12, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- Didn't see that there. Also, should I put a link to the article on your userpage? -- Mitch 03:18, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- If you feel so inclined that would be lovely! :D Thanks again! --Ceridwyn 03:43, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, it's cool. I have heaps of free time these days. It may seem odd that I edit a lot of pages that you edit, but I look at other people's contribution lists to see what's going on. -- Mitch 03:55, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah I figured thats what it was. I do that too to see what ppl are up to :D I also like the Recent Changes page. It makes it easier for my wikistalking of Spang ;P --Ceridwyn 04:07, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

CHEERS
...for your corrections on Christmas Number Ones. I am not the world's best speller and your help is appreciated. Unfortunately it got caught in the crossfire from my irritation with someone else who was reverting me over and over - so sorry for the confusion there. --Sir Hardwick Fundlebuggy - (Ring for service) 06:39, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
- I knew your intentions; I just wanted the edit summary to stand out so you wouldn't revert it! -- Mitch 06:47, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
NRV
Today I ran across a number of mistagged pages that you NRVed.
- We prefer you not use NRV. We use ICU now.
- Read the Uncyclopedia:Deletion Policy before tagging, because some of those tags were not allowed to be applied. Particularly, ICU/NRV is not for pages older than about a week,
Thanks. I know that tagging is sucky work, and if we are all on the same page it is a bit more effective. ---Rev. Isra (talk) 12:55, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- I probably should have used VFD in most of those cases. I'll be more careful now. -- Mitch 13:04, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

Braydie thanks you for supporting him to become admin. I would have done this sooner, but admins are supposed to be lazy. There is no personalised message either. |
