Just curious, I had made a screen shot of getting a vandalism warning from Wikipedia, and I put it up on the nobody cares page.

People vandalize Wikipedia all the time, but nobody cares.

Unfortunately for me, it was huffed. I'm just curious as to why. Should I have gotten a screen cap of being banned? Would that have been more funny? It's not like I contribute there, anyways. Lord Gneo 19:24, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

Wow. You seem to care a lot about making sure we know how little you care – Preceding unsigned comment added by Kelpan (talk • contribs)
It's got your name on it. Generally that's considered vanity and, as such, is huffable on sight. --Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 20:51, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

Let me count the ways...

  1. It's unreadable unless it's as big as a screen, but Nobody cares.
  2. It shows somebody caring, when in fact Nobody cares.
  3. It shows you being a vandal, which Nobody cares for around here.
  4. ???
  5. Profit!

I agree with #2, apparently somebody cared enough to tell you about it. Mr. Briggs Inc. 23:08, 24 April 2007 (UTC) Eh?
Nobody cares when people vandalize Wikipedia. --Crazyswordsman...With SAVINGS!!!! (T/C) 23:51, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
OK!!! Mr. Briggs Inc. 01:05, 25 April 2007 (UTC) Eh?
What the? I got blocked! Mr. Briggs Inc. 01:05, 25 April 2007 (UTC) Eh?
Vandalizing Wikipedia will not get you support and laughs here. Most people who vandalize Wikipedia also vandalize articles here. Getting a warning about vandalizing is not funny and screenshots with your name on them are considered vanity. Maybe you can impress Jodie Foster with your Wikipedia vandalizations, but not here. --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 01:08, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

That's not what I was looking for. I was looking for something that made sense....and what isn't considered vanity here? Lord Gneo 08:45, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

Try vandalizing Wikipedia as an anonymous IP ;). Mr. Briggs Inc. 11:02, 25 April 2007 (UTC) Eh?

You mean, use an anonymous proxy surfing website? I'f I'm not logged in as anyone, will I still get the system message of getting a warning/getting banned to take a screencap of? (and I realize I should have cropped that image, my bad) Lord Gneo 13:06, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

Or you could just not vandalize. We'd respect you more. Really. You'd get invited to our barbeques and everything. --Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 13:12, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
BYOB though. —Braydie 18:49, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

I infinitely ban wikipedia vandals on principle. Without them parodying us, we'd be half of what we are today. They scratch our back, we scratch theirs. Bone F clear.png Sir Famine, Gun Petition » 04/26 21:47

It's BYOB though! —Braydie 21:48, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
I believe that my edits to this website clearly indicate that I have BMOB on multiple occasions. I'd worry about everyone else, but...well, I BMOB. Bone F clear.png Sir Famine, Gun Petition » 04/26 22:11

.....okay, it was just a joke, it's not like I hate Wikipedia, or anything, jeeze.....I'm gonna start needing pac-man for my posts, soon. But anyways, I was just wondering----aahhh, I'll think of something else. Thanks, guys. Lord Gneo 03:09, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
