I'm currently reworking my article Using Jokes Properly by taking the advice of Staircase and Elchileno74 from their pee reviews (1st Review from Staircase, 2nd Review from Elchileno74)). But on the second review Elchileno74 said that I should maybe to rename it to HowTo: at the beggining, since Using Jokes Properly is technically a HowTo article. Problem is I can't make up my mind, whether to change the name or keep it the same. So I decided to let people from Uncyclopedia vote on it, whether it should be called HowTo:Using Jokes Properly or still be called Using Joke Properly. Before somebody drives this off-topic, i'd just like to point out that this kind of thing is something you need to decide. The community doesn't really care about this is a whole, and it will likely be hijacked shortly. Ask a user on their talk page individually for some advice; the dump is useless for answers.
