Pages created by a single user within less than a 10 minute period is not what CVP is for. In future, I'd suggest giving the user a time out and deleting the page. CVP is for pages that are created by multiple IPs/users regularly, and are always awful, or for stubborn/stupid authors that don't learn from the time out. ~ T. (talk) 18:21, 21 March 2006 (UTC)
