Apparently someone once declared long ago that we need to vote for such things instead of arbitrarily throwing around user rights like they were Mardi Gras beads, so here we are.

Wageslav is easily the hardest working administrator around the clock, and regularly displays an interest in bettering the site and its community. They've become a go-to source of guidance for virtually any user seeking help, a de facto community leader, and an active presence in Uncyclopedia's social outlets, moderating the Discord and IRC channels, and more recently revamping the long-stagnant /r/uncyclopedia subreddit. They're technically knowledgeable, often tweaking various bits of code without majorly destroying the site. And when the occasional issue arises that Wageslav isn't knowledgeable on, they've proven their dedication to learning whatever it takes to solve these problems, regardless of the challenge.

With the above in mind and the decreased presence of our current bureaucrats, it only makes sense for Wageslav to be given bureaucratship. They're a model user and an asset to the wiki.
