I bet there are a lot of users who contribute to Uncyclopedia in major ways and would do that even better if they were admins. If you know a person like that, please list that user below. But on a more serious note, after rooting around a bit, it looks like SoaUU may or may not have been engaging in some activities which may or may not have justified the ban of SoaUU. (I'm not going to argue if the ban was justified or not, or get in to what he may or may be doing based on my speculations.) So, it looks like the TKF might have given out the ban for reasons other winning a contest as a joke.

Btw, SoaUU, a permaban does not mean banned for infinity, it means banned until you talk to the admin who banned you. Don't use sockpuppets to contact admins on their talk pages. Instead, you need to talk to the admin who banned you in the IRC chat.--Mnbvcxz 21:35, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
