Norway is a fictional country that was created (like many problems were) by Australian people. Australians saying "No way!" can sound like "Nor way!" to people who speak Correct English, leading to a Mandela effect whereby people thought that they remembered a country of a similar-sounding name, when in reality there has never been any country called Norway.
