PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, AND A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS HOW DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED.
  • In using Uncyclopedia, you agree to not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Uncyclopedia users; to not post or transmit anything that is not rationally comedic and that is obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, or profane, or that violates any law or right of any third party, or that contains homophobic or ethnic slurs, religious intolerance, or that encourages criminal conduct of any sort; you agree to not impersonate another user or person or attempt to do so; to not post any illegal or unauthorized content; to not obtain or attempt to obtain password, account, or private information from any Uncyclopedia user; to not "spam"; to not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.

  • You agree to keep your password confidential, to notify Uncyclopedia immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, to not impair the functioning of Uncyclopedia in any way, and to not access Uncyclopedia using any automated means without express permission.
  • You agree that you are solely responsible for any and all content that you submit to Uncyclopedia, or otherwise display on Uncyclopedia, and agree not to submit content that you did not create or have the permission to submit. By submitting content, you represent that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, releases, consents, and permissions for Uncyclopedia to copy, store, publish, display, or distribute it. Uncyclopedia is not liable for any loss or damage to any content submitted, and is not responsible or liable for any content on Uncyclopedia or for the actions of any of its users. All users on Uncyclopedia acknowledge that others may alter any content they submit to the site, use the site at their own risk, accept Uncyclopedia as it is provided, and access it in the knowledge that some content might be found offensive, indecent or objectionable.
  • You agree that, in no event whatsoever, will Uncyclopedia, its administrators, or its users be liable to you or any third party for any form of legal damages arising from the use of Uncyclopedia or any of its content, even if Uncyclopedia was aware of the possibility of such damage. By using Uncyclopedia, you acknowledge that you are limited to equitable, injunctive relief only, and are not entitled to damages, regardless of your cause of action.
  • You agree to allow Uncyclopedia to alter the terms of this Privacy Policy agreement at any time.
  • By using Uncyclopedia, you agree that the laws of the State of Ohio, exclusively and regardless of conflicting laws, govern these Terms of Use and any dispute that might arise between you and Uncyclopedia. You agree not to commence any legal action until all reasonable remedial measures within Uncyclopedia have been exhausted, including but not limited to notifying a site administrator of your grievance and your intention to bring legal action to redress it. In the event that you do bring legal action, you agree to do so only in Ohio, and you consent to waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.
This Terms of Use agreement constitutes the entirety of the agreement you make with Uncyclopedia by using the site, and replaces any prior agreements you might have made. If Uncyclopedia does not exercise or enforce any aspect of the Terms of Use, it does not constitute a waiver of that aspect in any other instance, and if any provision of the Terms of Use is deemed invalid, unenforceable or unlawful by adequate authority, that provision shall be deemed severable and the remainder of the Terms of Use shall still be enforceable.
