Pee review feedback-thingy. Kinda...

I noticed you tried out some suggestions from the review. It looks better already. The Summary is now in easily digested snippets, while it was originally a huge mass of text that wouldn't fit my laptop's screen, but I had to scroll to find the beginning and the end of it. Further to my VFH Comment

I just wanted to add something here about your Metal Sonic article. I hate it when people don't give any feedback on VFH votes if they say they don't think an article's up to feature (unless it's obvious crap). So: I was, as I said on VFH, pleasantly surprised by the article - I suspect the reason you have no votes so far is because people, like me, are worried it will be gamecruft, and I'm not sure how you're going to overcome that to get them reading it. Which is a bit of a shame, because this is an unusual thing: a decent game-related article (we have so few of those - sigh).

However, I couldn't vote for. Why? Well, it's a fairly straightforward cross between Sonic and Terminator, and while that's an interesting take, there aren't that many funny lines in the article - the writing's quite good, the basic idea is fun, but I didn't really get that many laughs from it. (Oh, and that Fat kid gif is so overused on so many bad articles that it hurts to see it on a decent one). Hope you don't feel damned with faint praise by this - getting an article like this featured would be a big achievement, and I think you've got an idea capable of making it, but you're not there just yet. Hey, I'm new to Uncyclopedia. I added the 5th article to the Smash Bros. Brawl page. The one entitled "FBI Investigations" I am unsure of whether or not you mind this. You see, I was the one who editted it so many times. I was proof-reading it, and made several minor edits to the text. From now on, I will use the 'show preview' button when editting things rather than saving it and keep on editting it.

Now, I feel like playing piano. I'll check this soon to read your response.

...I have but one question: Are you voting for this article to be deleted because of the sole reason that it was editted so many times, thus flooding your watch message thing?

Ah. Perhaps [[1]] will explain it a little. And before you launch into 'urban dictionary is fail and all related items are thus also fail', I must point out that the template was an experiment to see if I could make a template. Nothing against that, is there? Plus I've only put it on articles that are 'youtube poop' related. It's not one of those spam templates, and I'm not a noob.

See, if you haven't mentioned that it's youtube poop related (which I know of) I wouldn't have understand it myself. As per the template test, tests are usually done in your userspace or in the sandbox rather than in the main space. And thing is, I now see this template popping up in all sorts of places. If you like, I can amend the template to be more obviously about youtube poop. That's no problem. But it is hardly fair to blame me for creating this template when monstrosities such as this exist out there. As for it popping up in places, note that I put it on youtube poop-related articles such as Link, King Harkinian and Impa only. Not my fault if someone ran riot with the template. When you create a template in mainspace and you place it on articles, you can expect others to do the same. So your job, as you said, is to make sure that when you create something in mainspace is to make sure it's usable and understandable by everyone (or at least a sizable amount of readers) and not just a random line of text and pictures that doesn't contribute anything. Also notice that I've never blamed you for everything, and if you don't like a specific template you can always place it in VFD. ~ 15:01, January 8, 2010 (UTC)

Picture, singular. I wanted multiple pictures for the template but the choose and option tags didn't work. And I'd rather not be too much of a hideous jerk to put stuff in VFD. Hey there, I'm happy to hear you liked the review. Like you say, I know some of my suggestions may be hard to implement but I wouldn't worry too much about it. Ultimately they are only suggestions, and naturally it is never going to cater to all tastes. I'm sure you'll keep writing and getting better whatever you do.

I will definitely have a think about other ways to help the article, but I can't promise anything. My ideas tend to be few and far between.
