Hey do you think you could make a bigger version of that image? It's a really good idea, and I'd like to put it on VFP.. it's just too small in it's current form.. t o m p k i n s blah. ﺞوﻦ וףה ՃՄ ண்ஸ ފއހ วอฏม +տ trade websites 18:11, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
- I was thinking that it's pretty VFP worthy myself and just want to add that, while you're at increasing the resolution, you might consider saving it as a PNG. --Sir gwax (talk) 18:33, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
Jesse Award?
Thanks for the award but, um, would you mind letting me know what it's for? --Sir gwax (talk) 20:47, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
- See User Jesse Award, as well as This and this. Hell, even fix up the formatting and crap a bit for me if you can. --Sir Tripod2282 cun vfp talk Active ~23:10, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
- I've combined the three ugly templates into one less ugly template. Use it thusly: {{Jesse Award|what=IMAGE}} {{Jesse Award|what=USER}} {{Jesse Award|what=ARTICLE}} etc. --Splaka 04:04, 5 April 2006 (UTC) (crossposted on User_talk:Gwax

Vacation
Starting today, I'll be taking a short Easter vacation from my uncyclopedian work. If you people say anything about me not doing anything good at all, your uppence will come. --Sir Tripod2282 cun vfp talk Active ~ 18:24, 13 April 2006 (UTC)

Template Recreation
I don't know why you keep recreating Template:FI/Godpissed.jpg but stop, as it's broken and useless. 22:01, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
- The issue is that you're trying to use our official Featured Image template, without that image being a Featured Image. The images which you've had featured are set up like this and are working. Really, you ought not call it a Featured Image and use the Featured Image template if it hasn't been featured yet. So here's what I'll do for you: I'll hack you a quasi-featured image section so you can stop using broken templates. Then, if it gets featured, you can use the proper Featured Image template. 14:25, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
- I've moved your personal featured image template to User:Tripod2282/FI/Godpissed.jpg. Template:FI/ should be reserved for official featured images. —rc (t) 04:26, 22 April 2006 (UTC)
Timages
Yeah, you're right, it was from your n00b days. Nothing major though, especially not anymore... a couple of people on IRC wanted me to put a list together of all your images... we were just considering options to limit your self-noms on VFP. But hey, that's obviously not a problem anymore, what with the featured image and all. Anyway, might as well delete it now that you mentioned it, I kinda forgot it wa there. t o m p k i n s blah. ﺞوﻦ וףה ՃՄ ண்ஸ ފއހ วอฏม +տ trade websites 01:09, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

Actually, I love the idea, but as you mentioned, the pictures are somewhat sub-par. The first problem is, of course, the focus... it's a bit blurry. Then there's the part where the text does't curve with the jar. to tell you the truth, there's not much I could do about this... my photoshop program lacks the proper whatchyamacallit. However, you could request someone else to make a photo for you. It may take some time, but they usually turn out quite good.
As for the article, I may be of some help. I'm not on the interenet as much as I'd like to be anymore, but if you started it I could certainly stop in every once and awhile and see if I can spruce it up a bit. Just leave a link on my talk page... or whatever works for you. t o m p k i n s blah. ﺞوﻦ וףה ՃՄ ண்ஸ ފއހ วอฏม +տ trade websites 01:14, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
Vandalization
Sorry about that, I just assumed that since it was a Prank of the Day and was not changing from day to day, I would take it upon myself to change it. Well, I guess that will be the last time I assume anything. --Beavnation 02:28, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
London Food
Sorry.....I'm in the Grim North, only ever visited London twice and hated both times. :)

Restaurants
You requested the best three restaurants in London on the n00b help page, and I have the best two:
- 1: The Masala. It's a curry-house built into the pub "The Avenue" (saves time, I suppose) on Eastern Avenue in Ilford.
- 2: The Sharod. It's a curry-houes built quite near the pub "The Failop Oak" near Fairlop roundabout in Hainault.
I conclude that these are the best two restaurants EVER on no evidence other than my own opinions.

Ring Template
I deleted it because it served no purpose whatsoever. It doesnt add to articles, theres no way it can add to articles. We already have way too many stupid templates that serve no real purpose, and we do not need more. If you want to put something like it on a specific page, like perhaps the article on the movie, or even your user page, go for it, but a template is not what should be used. ~Sir Rangeley GUN WotM UotM EGA +S (talk) 18:51, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
Template logo hacks? NO!
CSS position hacks are not the proper way to change the logo for a reskin. A template to do such is just utterly pointless since it would only be used once IF at all. The correct way to change a logo is via a page-specific CSS called through javascript. The correct way for a non-admin to test it is to put in to your User:Tripod2282/uncyclopedia.js :
if(document.title.indexOf("User:Tripod2282/McReskin") == 0) { document.write(''); }
Then create User:Tripod2282/skin.css with:
#p-logo a { background-image: url(/images/7/76/McCyclopedia.png) !important; }
IF your skin is accepted, it can be put into the sitewide CSS/JS (IF). --Splaka 22:29, 26 May 2006 (UTC)
- I have no idea how to do any of that. Besides, what's the big deal with hacking a template?
- Sir Tripod2282 cun vfp talk Active ~01:00, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
- You didn't 'hack' a template, you created a useless template that was a 'hack'. --Splaka 04:12, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
