Forum:What is a "Mulligan"?
My dad likes to watch March Madness or whatever you call it and he was talking about Mulligans and he tried to explain it to me during a commercial but my dad is one of those people who becomes entranced while watching TV so when the game came back on he forgot that he was ever trying to explain something to me. So yeah, what is a Mulligan? Heck no techno | chitchat | stuff.. 20:46, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
- It's a golf thing, I think, like a do-over. It's also a sex move, but if i explained it the surprise would be ruined. - P.M., WotM, & GUN, Sir Led Balloon (Tick Tock) (Contribs) 20:55, Mar 19
- I don't even want to imagine what it COULD be. Nor am I going to Urban Dictionary it. I did that with "superman that hoe" and I almost threw up. Heck no techno | chitchat | stuff.. 21:01, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

- It's an Irish person who was combined with a mule. Heh, it actually refers to a 'do-over'. - Admiral Enzo Aquarius-Dial the Gate 22:26, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
A Mulligan is first and formost an Irish Surname ariginating fomr the Gaelic of 'bald' it is also used commonly in Golf, however in a professional game would not be tolrated, its an errant shot thats been retaken, which is common in windy conditions or in games that are lazy ore just generaly sloppy,(like mine). there is also a chartet in James Joyce's Ulysses called Buck 'Mulligan'- --Sycamore (Talk) 09:40, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
