  I disagree. It's fractionally different. It checks to see if the the file name exists before you click to upload now (which is nice), and it shows you the template for whatever licensing you chose (which is pointless). Sir Modusoperandi ^Boinc! 05:01, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

Oh, that's freaky. Sometimes it's there. Other times, not. When I'm not editing it's there (along with "printable version" and "permanent link"), but while editing a page they're gone.
