1)Go bother them on their talk page. Click on their name then the "talk" tab at the top. Be sure to sign your comments with ~~~~. 2)Not if you buy insurance. Fill out this form in triplicate, send one copy to your potential adopter, two copies to the Pope, one copy to Piggly Wiggly, 364 W.
