User talk:YouReadMyMind
Welcome![edit source]
Oh hey, YouReadMyMind! I didn't see you there! Sorry, I was too busy making articles unlike you. Anywho, welcome to Uncyclopedia. We hope you have a good time here. In soviet russia, good time here have you!
Anyway, here are some links to see if you have the time:
- Beginner's Guide
- Our Vanity Policies - why we don't care about your friends
- How to be funny and not just stupid
There are more of them, but those three are the most important.
Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~) or use the "sign" button () above the edit box. This will automatically produce your name and the date. If you don't, then we'll have to go to the history and discover who made the edit, and add a template for it. We're all not maids you know.
When you create an article, please make an encyclopedic subject, don't do an article about how you and your friend had a pillow fight or that teacher you really hate gave you an F on your math test. It is best to start by creating them in your userspace, for example: User:YouReadMyMind/Insert Title Here. If you are not finished, you can add a {{construction}} template.
If you need help, ask me on my talk page, ask at the Dump, or ask an administrator on their talk page. Or talk to your imaginary friends. Or, if you're really confused, drop into the orphanage and you'll get adopted by one of these users. Cool, huh?
One more thing. Sometimes all us users here at Uncyclopedia get a bit hungry. I provide lollipops for everyone. Go to User:Lollipop/The Lollipop Shop and order any flavour there. If you don't see a flavour you want, you can request a new flavour. It could be shit flavour, yuky doody flavour, anything you want. And they are sweet and juicy lollipops. Your mouth will water for one of these. If you want one, order on the talk page or on my talkpage.
As I say, let the licking begin! --(talk) 23:44, 13 April 2011
Saskatchewan[edit source]
Welcome! Your contribution is a different form of humor from the rest of the article. What if we break it out into a separate article, Saskatchewan Civil War? 11:45 14-Apr-11 PS--I've now done so. Spıke ¬ 14:07 22-Apr-11
- Since you evidently didn't have any objections, the break was implemented, and the resulting new article seemed to merit an {{ICU}}. Please, work on it further so as to improve it, lest your work be lost. ~ 23:52, 22 April 2011
Your article[edit source]
I have moved it here as the construction tag you placed on it had expired. If you have any questions about this then feel free to ask on my talk page. --ChiefjusticeWii 14:08, May 13, 2011 (UTC)
UnNews:Libyans fire rockets at Canadian warship; Canadians destroy town[edit source]
Thanks for your UnNews contribution. I changed its title to abide by our naming conventions, made some alterations to fix the grammar and punctuation of the piece, and make a couple of changes to the story to hopefully iron out some discrepancies, including taking out a non-sequitur. Take a look at it and let me know if you think what I did doesn't work out in the story. ~
04:45, 4 June 2011 (UTC)- Made another grammatical change to your piece after your recent edits. Also, is this Jennifer Stadnyk character a man or a woman? It's got a female first name but is referred to as "him." I didn't change it as I didn't know if this was an accident or a deliberate joke. ~ 19:00, 4 June 2011 (UTC)
