Calm, level headed discussion... with missiles[edit source]
Okay. about the Barack Obama article... My main problem with it is that it's got all the satirical finesse of a bag of lard. For starters, one simply does not use "WTF" when writing an encyclopedic article. Okay, maybe the tone of the article isn't exactly encyclopedic, but you get the idea, yes? Also, maybe it's just me, but your change to his parents' stature seems a bit more like the random tripe you find by hitting Random Page. Anyhow, if you change it up accordingly, I swear on my father's grave (never mind that he's still alive) that I won't revert it. Maybe. - Since my "Anonymous IP" handle has been "bannitated" forever (I mean come on, banninated?) This highly conflicted website can't seem to make up it's mind if it's a democracy or a highly childish congregation of nerdy high schoolers and sophisticated professors. As a result I will answer you with my true anonymous IP.
- I find it odd that people from other countries, rich enough to send their kid to the most expensive privileged educational establishments in the United States would return to their 3rd world countries. You can afford to live in Hawaii where bread is $4.50 a loaf, yet you move to a country where people are starving to death? Were his parents of African royalty? I just thought it would be interesting to introduce these encyclopedic facts from Wikipedia in a somewhat sarcastic manner. Isn't this a parody of Wikipedia?
- And the introductory paragraph of this ridiculous article makes it almost beyond rescue. I was trying to add parody and satire. What if Hillary's parents raised her in Hawaii and then moved to a third world country. WTF is a normal reaction even if it would immediately be banned from Wikipedia and the contributor "BANNINATED" for life. I thought Uncyclopedia was cool enough to handle such abberrations, but obviously not. --75.136.133.143 05:59, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
