Expasion[edit source]

Meh. This article needs expanding, but I'm too lazy to do it. Perhaps some kind soul will stop by and do it.     EugeneKay wuz here (whine thank)   05:24, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

Hmm... this can get you some problems[edit source]

See: Forum:Banned for a joke?. Be careful and try to make something really funny - and not psychopath apologetic - out of this. -- herr doktor needsApistol Rocket.gif [scream!] 04:08, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

Well aware - school shootings are not inherently funny. Hence, I've been showing a lot of restraint in adding any material to this article, and removing the stupid IP additions which crop up... Unfortunately, this leads to writers block, as all questionable material is unusable. Ah well. I'll work on it. Promise. --Ekashp 04:11, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

Does anyone else find it hilarious to read the ranting on the forum page about censorship, when all the while this completely VTech-related article is quietly sitting in the background being mildly amusing? I wonder when/if we should tell 'em...? --Strange.PNG (but) Untrue  Whhhy?Whut? How? *Back from the dead* 23:42, 7 May 2007 (UTC)

This article's point is to be low and "under-the-radar". The design of it is to parody Virginia Tech as VTech, which is an actual company([1]). I think that is a MUCH funnier angle to take on the whole thing, myself. That, and I'm slowing learning to translate my witty banter in person to that which makes sense on the Internets. It's not as easy as it sounds - most of my humor is lost in writing. And yes, I do find it hilarious reading all that. Ekashp 01:44, 11 May 2007 (UTC)

What's with the double standard?[edit source]

You've made fun of other tragedies, but not this one, because it was close to you. This site was great until mods and admins turned out to be oversensitive hypocrites. Look at Encyclopedia Dramaticas article. It's insensitive, shocking, gross and it's hilarious. You people should learn something from that. You lost me and several other due to this error of judgement, and I'm going to make sure you lose a lot more people.jm4847 (unregistered)

From Pee Review[edit source]

VTech[edit source]

This stems from a genius idea we had in IRC about me being a retard and thinking everybody was taking about the little laptop-things my little brother had when he was... six...

It grew into an article, but then I ran out of ideas. I'm sure a lot can, and will, be done with this. I just need the creative juices. I'll think about it at work, but let's see what you can come up with. All is appreciated.

Humour: 6 The Criticism part in your article doesn't make much sense. A computer game doesn't really talk during class anyway. You might want to fix that. It also seems very satrical which is a good thing. It would be way more humorous if you could expand on this idea.
Concept: 8 It is a pretty good concept. Just don't go too far with it because it would be extremely offensive to people and the article could be deleted.
Prose and formatting: 8 The formatting is pretty good, but you should put the beginning two sentences of 'Products' somewhere else cause it just messes up the flow of things I think.
Images: 8 Is that Crazy Chewy an actual game? Cause if it is you should enhance it with Adobe Photoshop. Hah. But your use of pictures is pretty good I believe.
Miscellaneous: 7 Laptopline shouldn't be one word.
Final Score: 37 Expand on the idea and you'll be good. Maybe research information on the company and the massacre.

Is this site for children only or something? I have an idea, let's call it "Virginia Tech: The Musical" and narrate the killings as if it were one.

We have one of those. Virginia Tech Massacre.-~~ Sir Ljlego, GUN  [talk] 00:30, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
