After a week or so on recent changes with my brand new rollback plunger, I realized that out of the 25,000 articles we've got, 10,000 are TOTAL shit... You already know that.. Well, you also know that we have, like, 40,000 fake quotes, and out of those, 39,500 are shit. And I say "Enough!"

I'm not proposing a "quoticide". I'm proposing a Cabal Decree banning new quotes; ALL articles created from now on shall not contain quotes, enough shit already. • FreddCan Shredd • • • 20:13, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

Nah. For two reasons: first, it's not a good idea to limit where writers want to go with their creativeness. Second, some quotes are very good and contribute to the article. ~ 20:16, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

I think that, rather than banning quotes altogether, there should be a limit on how many quotes you can put in an article, if that's at all possible. Just because lots of the really crappy articles are about 20-40% bad quotes. —Paizuri MUN (Talk • Contribs • Poll!)
