Forum:Concerning page protection messages
Hi! As you may have noticed, on some pages, I've been implementing new page protection templates in order to make Uncyclopedia seem more like Wikipedia. Unfortunately, sporking the Wikipedia equivalents of these templates is not possible, because of the stark differences in management between Uncyclopedia and Wikipedia, the former primarily using a "poke-an-admin" system, and the latter using a bunch of management systems, such as "Request new page", features we don't have here.
So... what should be the design and text implemented for the various templates? The designs can be found here respectively for full protection and semi-protection; other designs for cascading protection, user CSS/JS protection, creation protection and move protection could be determined here as well.
Another thing: what should the locks look like? We could use the current Wikipedia design for locks, Wikipedia's former design, Zombiebaron's Cocklock design, or maybe something completely different.
