Now for a few basics. When discussing on talk pages, it seems to be the habit to indent your comment by adding : in front of your line.

One indents the text with one.

Two does so with two.

Surprisingly, a pattern can be seen by the third ;)

Let's say you want to have a sandbox of your own... It can be really practical having one when you're still working on articles that aren't ready to be kicked out into the cruel world out in the main space yet... You make your own by adding to the address in the nav bar of your browser, so for example my sandbox is at (URLyaddayadda...)User:Luvvy/Sandbox or then we just construct a link [[User:Luvvy/Sandbox]]. We can use the same principle in making you one of your own: User:Ethanol85/Sandbox. You get the idea?

Then to address another "issue" that will eventually come up... You can also start making your own signature if you want... :P Make a subpage for your sig User:Ethanol85/sig and create the signature there. I'll dig out the instructions once I find them. Since you will eventually ask it anyways... To make your sig, create the subpage for your sig as I told you, then go to your preferences and put {{SUBST:nosubst|User:Ethanol85/sig}} <small>{{subst:CURRENTTIME}}, {{subst:CURRENTDAY}} {{subst:CURRENTMONTHABBREV}}</small> as your "nickname" and tick the raw signature box. When it's done, you're supposed to sign with just three tildes ~~~ in stead of four. Try it out. Hey, if you see a really crappy microstub that was created less than a week ago, put it on QVFD. If it's less than a week old but might be salvageable, tag it ICU. If a page is older than a week but is still shit, first put the page on VFD, then add the template. Adding the template does nothing. It's a stupid template. Lazy, too. No one wants to give it a job.
