Why?:Take Your Fish To Work[edit source]

Has Cajek finally lost it? YOU be the judge on... Uncyclopedia:Pee Review/Why?:Take Your Fish To Work! (I WANT A GOOD REVIEW, DAMMMIT!!! A GOOD ONE!)   Le Cejak <-> (Dec 23 / 19:04)

I'm frightened. But dibs. Contestant buzzer.JPG Contestant CUN -- VFH NotM Buzz Ctrbs 04:43, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
You're a contestant on... take your fish to work! Just kidding.   Le Cejak <-> (Dec 27 / 04:48)
I have great difficulty writing a full review, primarily because I'm having difficulty finding any major glaring flaws that can be improved. So I'll summarize: some minor grammatical quibbles throughout, add another image in the bottom-left corner if you wish, and maybe push the dolphins aspect a bit further. Aside from that, I love it. Naturally, this would make for a crap review. So that's why I left it blank. Contestant buzzer.JPG Contestant CUN -- VFH NotM Buzz Ctrbs 05:14, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for being honest and you're wrong! I already updated the article on your suggestions!   Le Cejak <-> (Dec 27 / 05:26)
*sigh* Who would've thought that I would find myself back here, drunken and unshaved, to review a piece of crap that Cajek wrote. Oh yea, I did. Anyway, time to review! Boomer New Years.png Happy New Years! Shouldn't I be partying? PEEING 17:09, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
you actually DID SOMETHING???   Le Cejak <-> (Dec 29) 14:22
Humour: 5 Figures. I come back and get an article written by a fish. Anyway, humor, too subtle. I can see the jokes in here, but I never laugh at any of them because of the setup they get. I don't know if this is just me, but this article repeats itself so much (HETOW shows up 5 times, and you put "fish and waterfowl" in there 22 times!) that reading it feels like I'm just skimming over it. I get so bored of the words "fish and waterfowl" so much that my mind doesn't even register it anymore. That, combined with the 2-3 sentence paragraphs, makes it nearly impossible for me to read.
Concept: 8 The concept is... rather interesting. Fish trying to get jobs. Good job with the gradual setup that reveals that the narrator is a fish, however I think some steps should be more sudden so they can have a bigger punchline. As a suggestion, it's hard to go wrong with sexual innuendo, as long as it's good. Actually some users seem to have gotten the impression that I like perversion. How crazy is that?
Prose and formatting: 7 Good spelling and grammar here (I fixed the two errors that I found). However, like I said earlier, the repetition and the short paragraphs (even if they are used as jokes) drive me nuts. That's probably just me, though. I swear I have some kind of OCD.
Images: 7 Good use of images, though I prefer the last two over the first one. Actually, I think the last two fit perfectly, I just don't like the first one. You may want to change the captions slightly, as they have little relation to the article itself. I still don't get the link to 42. Maybe I should try reading it.
Miscellaneous: 6.75 I can't think of anything that I haven't already said, so I'll go the boring way and average the previous scores.
Final Score: 33.75 This was a good article concept, but as I've stated before (a lot) the execution of the article just drives me crazy. Like when you see a loose thread on your shirt, but you can't pull it because you'd probably ruin the shirt and the maker of the shirt would come and kill you, plus you're too lazy and uncreative to pull the string, but it's driving you crazy nonetheless. Just like that.
