Humour: 8 This was very funny. My favorite sections were The Staff, The Piano, and Time Siggies. There was some really good stuff here. A lot of the stuff doesn’t really need any changes, but it is a bit long. I would recommend cutting the Origin section as it’s a bit random and one of the weaker parts of the article. Also, I would say cut the last section as it’s basically just a list of acronyms which is a tad boring and try to cut down on the other lists throughout the article as they’re a bit repetitive. I also see you quoted Jacksfilms, which I would cut too since it’s basically just a cut-and-paste of one of his jokes and adds little to the article. I can tell you’re well-versed in the subject (I too know a bit about music theory), which definitely translates to some killer satire. Overall, I liked it a lot, and I laughed, which is always a good sign.
Concept: 9 I pretty much covered this in the humor section so I’ll just say that there was a cohesive theme that really worked and it was funny.
Prose and formatting: 7 There are a few grammar and spelling mistakes here and there and some red links, but that’s basically inevitable with such a long article. I would recommend giving it a good proofread, but as I said before, it’s very easy to follow and funny to boot.
Images: 8 The images worked well here. The repeating picture of Beethoven made me smile and I loved that big, confusing piece of sheet music in the beginning. All of the images work well with the tone of the article.
Miscellaneous: 8 Average of scores.
Final Score: 40 This was really funny. I liked it a lot. It just needs a little bit of editing, but not much. It’s like 95% of the way to a feature in my opinion. Great work. :)
