She's the American daughter of two pastors, attended Christian school, sang gospel music, and was not allowed to listen to secular music. She transformed to wear unconventional clothing inspired by Dominique Swain's portrayal as the underage Lolita and released "Ur So Gay" and "I Kissed a Girl" which were labled as promoting homosexuality by fundamentalist Christians and homophobic by gays. Katy Perry and MTV

I read about one of her stageshows where she assosiates Donald Trump with MTV (Chained to the rhythm). To be fair, Trump was not a teenager, or pregnant, and should not be assosiated with MTV. Neither was he an urbanistic fashion-disaster in his mid 20s. Again: not to be assosiated with MTV.
