- Interesting. Interesting. Let me meditate on that.
- Well, that wasn't too hard. Added.

- If by "weird" you mean "suitable replacement for porn" then yes, it is weird. Pirate Lord__Sonic80 (Yell • Latest literary excretion) __ 05:01, July 16, 2010 (UTC)

Stick it in my ass and let me suck it clean?[edit source]
That song doesn't even exist! --Scofield 14:02, February 27, 2011 (UTC)
- Sure it does. It's just unpublished, so you've never heard of it.
- I still think the last line is in bad taste. Sorry. --Scofield 11:49, February 28, 2011 (UTC)
- Well, it's absolutely in bad taste. That's more fact than opinion. The question to consider is: is there a last line that's funnier than this one.
- How about- she's scheduled to launch her own line of dildos, which hum songs from "Teenage Dream" while vibrating? --Scofield 14:39, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
- That's actually pretty funny, but it still misses the point: that Perry's career is actually scheduled to be progressively more and more whorish. Launching a product line, even one consisting of dildos, isn't very whorish, is it?
- It's pimpish. From prostitute to pimp, I consider it to be a remarkable progression. --Scofield 18:08, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
- It would be a remarkable progression if she were a fictional character whose life we got to write. As it stands, Perry's public appearances and videos grow increasingly whorish with each passing day - not pimpish. Hell, she's probably the first person in history to be kicked off Sesame Street for showing up dressed like a hooker.
- Totally unfair, that. When will parents learn...tsk....tsk. --Scofield 19:35, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
- And "Firework" wasn't exactly whorish. --Scofield 19:36, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
- I haven't seen it yet. Maybe I need to, since it seems like it probably belongs on the page.
- At least she hasn't gone topless for no discernible reason in one of her clips. Yet. 14:39, 2 March 2011
- She's every bit as topless as Imbruglia in California Gurls. Wow, where did you even see this video? I didn't know Natalie Imbruglia even had a career after 1998. She looks pretty damn great for a woman in her late thirties, though.
- I was looking for some songs by Natalie Imbruglia on YouTube. This was one of the songs that popped up. And yup, she still looks good. 16:17, 2 March 2011

DAP[edit source]
Why have I put Katy Perry in the Discordian American Princess category?
She's the American daughter of two pastors, attended Christian school, sang gospel music, and was not allowed to listen to secular music. She transformed to wear unconventional clothing inspired by Dominique Swain's portrayal as the underage Lolita and released "Ur So Gay" and "I Kissed a Girl" which were labled as promoting homosexuality by fundamentalist Christians and homophobic by gays. I rest my case. King of the Internet Alden Loveshade??? (royal court) 04:33, March 31, 2011 (UTC)
- I really have no idea what a DAP is or why we suddenly became interested in them with the arrival (and swift departure) of User:Miley Spears. But, my view on this addition can be summed up in one word: whatever. 15:11, March 31, 2011 (UTC)
- Well, Miley's my Mommy (adopter), so I do whatever she wants whether she's here or not. King of the Internet Alden Loveshade??? (royal court) 15:59, March 31, 2011 (UTC)
- Here's a couple links to DAP definitions: S23 Wiki and Urban Dictionary. King of the Internet Alden Loveshade??? (royal court) 16:04, March 31, 2011 (UTC)
- She's your adopter, really?? I could have sworn you predated her on the site.
- She's my adopter, really. I've been editing wikis elsewhere for years, but looked up starting dates for here. I started here September 2, 2009; she started here June 9, 2009. King of the Internet Alden Loveshade??? (royal court) 17:00, March 31, 2011 (UTC)

What's wrong with California Gurls?[edit source]
What makes it "mind-blowingly mediocre"? You can be much more descriptive than that. Also, wasn't the follow-up to "I Kissed A Girl" "Hot n Cold"? -- 15Mickey20 (talk to Mickey) 17:12, April 3, 2011 (UTC)
- The follow-up to "I Kissed A Girl" that I actually heard was California Gurls. Yeah, I could have spent a little more time on that description, I guess, but I was worried that any significant space devoted to mocking the songs would feel like a tangent.
- True; you don't want to devote a lot of space to it, but a short, targeted put down would be much better than just "that song sucks". -- 15Mickey20 (talk to Mickey) 20:36, April 3, 2011 (UTC)

Katy Perry and MTV[edit source]
I read about one of her stageshows where she assosiates Donald Trump with MTV (Chained to the rhythm). To be fair, Trump was not a teenager, or pregnant, and should not be assosiated with MTV. Neither was he an urbanistic fashion-disaster in his mid 20s. Again: not to be assosiated with MTV.
My question: what steps has Katy Perry taken to avoid Donald trump? According to Ticketmaster, her 30 or so next concerts will be in Vegas. Is this a project as to avoid/stay clear of Donald Trump? --2001:4644:DC5B:0:9863:BC89:395D:4A04 (talk) 21:54, 23 April 2022 (UTC)
