"P.Y.T (Pretty Young Thing)" is a 1983 song by Michael Jackson. A highly controversial track, the song cemented the initial pedophilia accusations of Michael, primarily due to him vividly describing his undying love for underage children, calling them "pretty young things". Despite being a little-known single in the United States, due to Jimmy Savile, who loved the song so much that he included it in his radio shows, it became very popular in Europe.

Reception

Despite being an absolutely terrible song to release if you don't want people to know if you're a pedo, most people just didn't care as they were so addicted to meth that they thought they were hallucinating when Michael was saying "I want to love you, Pretty Young Thing". However, several pedophiles including Dan Schneider, Jared Fogle, and Jeffrey Epstein have praised the song for its vivid guide to how to be a pedo.

It managed to peak at number 10 on the Billboard 100 in the United States, which made Michael very happy. Overseas, it would chart even higher, peaking at number 8 in the United Kingdom and number 6 in Belgium, due to some people noticing that Michael was getting slowly whiter, making people rush to buy his singles. When Thriller 25 occurred, they hired will.i.am to make the song, thinking he was Prince Andrew.

"Weird Al" parody

In 1991, Michael Jackson contacted "Weird Al" Yankovic to make a parody of the song which wouldn't make him look like a pedo. Al agreed but had to spend fifteen years thinking of how. In the end, he decided to tell the RIAA to fuck off and released the song in 2006 as a parody of copyright. Sadly, it didn't chart and has been lost to history.
