Forum:What is sysop?
I've been seeing this word around the internet, including on Uncyclopedia, for years now, and I haven't bothered to figure out what it means until now. Could someone help me out? * Flumpa 21:15, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
- It's an abbreviation of system operator, which is usually synonymous with admin or administrator. --
- They're cool and sexy too. See my Userpage. Should know, I was the Cool and Sexy Admins IP until a Admin convinced me to finally move in. He said that we could eat Admin Treats and get drunk. Alien Hunter 21:30, 20 May 2008 (UTC)

- Didja have to make a whole forum post about it? • <May 20, 2008 [22:46]>
Flumpa: Considering your post in Forum:So, uh...... "Wow. Dude. That question was so retarded, it's not even funny. Read this. Now. 21:04, 19 May 2008 (UTC)" it's clear to everyone that you know exactly what a sysop is... I'm not the first person to note that some of your posts are beginning to become borderline trolling. Please refrain from this kind of activity in the future. Thank you. MrN 23:00, May 20
What? I thought Sysops were the sisters of Cyclops. As show in the illustration below. ----OEJ 00:21, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
Well, I COULD ask these questions on IRC, but SOMEONE decided to ban me :l * Flumpa 01:18, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
- First of all, MrN pointed out that you probably already know what it is. Second, you could have asked on a talk page or something. C'mon, be creative! • <May 21, 2008 [1:22]>
- In the very least, wear a silly hat. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 05:12, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
