Goat blowers are possessed of certain characteristics most easily recognised in politicians, clergy, pundits, dictators, autocrats, aristrocrats, and people who actually fellate goats. Often they are self-important windbags with plenty of ill will towards their fellow humans. Other times they're harmless douche bags adhering to conspiracy theories involving Rosicrucians. In most cases, they are bags of some sort, held in contempt by some and worshipped by others.
