Welcome![edit source]
Hello, Marblefluss, and welcome to Uncyclopedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If not, the door's right over there... no, a little more to your left... yeah. Anyway, here are a few good links for nooblets:
If you read anything at all, make it the above two links. If you want to find out more about Uncyclopedia or need more help with something, try these:

Problematic characters in article title[edit source]
The article you created whose title is supposed to be "SHIT" made out of block characters is currently up for QVFD, probably because its title is too hard to manage (and virtually impossible to type). Please see the discussion at Uncyclopedia talk:QuickVFD. I feel that the article has enough content that it has a chance to survive if put to NRV+Pee Review to alert other Uncyclopedians, but the article urgently has to be moved to a different title first (preferably simply SHIT). Thank you very much. Pentium5dot1 04:58, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- It has just been NRV'd. Please reply ASAP to give permission to move. Pentium5dot1 05:04, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
Forum experiments[edit source]
Please use the Sandbox or a subpage of your userspace (e.g.User:Marblefluss/test) for tests and experiments, rather than a main namespace. If you have a query about Uncyclopedia or the mediawiki software, please ask an admin. Thanks. -- Sir Codeine K·H·P·B·M·N·C·U·Bu. · (Harangue) 21:19, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
Aaaaaaarrrgggghhh[edit source]
The above also applies to vanity categories such as Category:Marblefluss. Please, read UN:VAIN, as well as the links in the welcome message above, even if you're experienced with wikis. -- Sir Codeine K·H·P·B·M·N·C·U·Bu. · (Harangue) 21:33, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
Acid trip[edit source]
I hate to be a stickler but it's my job and I have to ask you, did you request copyright permission on the images that you posted on Acid trip? Further, are they all, truly, public domain images as you have listed on their image pages? --Sir gwax (talk) 15:09, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
to another note, would you mind someone else posting some if they are reasonably good?
and are the ones there your drawing? CchristianTehWazzit
I should like an answer to my questions, Marblefluss. --Sir gwax (talk) 05:39, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
You have been banned for 2 weeks[edit source]
You have been banned for 2 weeks for gross violation of copyright and failure to respond when questioned regarding your violation. Due to the fact that you failed to respond to my requests, I took the initiative of locating the owner of the copyright for one of the particular images you uploaded and asked that individual if he had granted you copyright permission to use the image and release it to the public domain. I was informed that the individual had not granted you copyright permission or permission to release into the public domain. While this sort of copyright violation is gross and bad in and of itself, you would not have been banned if you had responded to my inquiries in a reasonable manner. For future reference, when uploading images, either secure copyright permission in advance or mark the images with valid license information (claiming an image is stolen is substantially better than claiming that it is in the public domain). Further, if an administrator asks you a question, it is to your advantage to provide some form of response. Your ban will last for 2 weeks and I have taken the liberty of deleting the materials of dubious copyright nature. --Sir gwax (talk) 17:27, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
- Addendum: Marblefluss, please make an effort to communicate with people who have taken the time to leave you a message. Communication is the lifeblood of a collaborative project such as a Wiki. Whilst your level of involvment in the community is entirely up to you, failure to respond to people (especially to admins) will usually result in a decision being made in your absence as Gwax has done. Please, if you decide to continue contributing to Uncyclopedia, bear what I've said in mind. You don't have to be our new best friend, but it's in everyone's best interests to respond to questions. -- Sir Codeine K·H·P·B·M·N·C·U·Bu. · (Harangue) 17:33, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
- Gwax, Mr Marblefluss has paid a visit to IRCLand in an effort to resolve this issue. It seems as though he did have the permission of S.W. Moore via Ubersite (now whether or not this individual IS the actual creator of the image I can't say) and I'm reasonably convinced Marblefluss will be a lot more careful in future. If no one objects I will lift his ban, subject to a suspended sentence. -- Sir Mhaille (talk to me)
