Humour:	7	Humor is very good for the most part. I personally like the repetition and the repeating and the repetition, and the repeating...My only peeve is that is the entire article overdoes this, and the fact that it is in Iowa of all places turns me off as it is a pointless nonexistent location with a repeating joke that repeats as it is repeating repeats. After getting halfway through it, I scrolled down to see how much I'd have to suffer through. Not a good thing. There should be there and not there.
Concept:	6	You did put in a heck of a lot of effort, and submitted it 3 times, but it is lacking the title appeal of great articles. The concept put seems to vague to go anywhere and I must say I don't think it can make it to VFH with such a random title, turning away potential voters. That's not to say that it is crap, but to (mis)quote my band director "Right now it is shit, but inside its golden"
Prose and formatting:	6	Whut? This article is hard to follow along. There were too many theres, heres, whatevers, theres, everywheres and that may have been the joke, but it certainly is hard to read, and cost you some serious points. For a good idea of how it should flow like, read there, here, that guy, some guy, that etc.

Final Score:	32.8	Like I said, I have no idea where exactly you should take this article. It is too random and vague and is a clone of There. I don't know exactly what it needs; maybe do some soul searching and think up something clever that could wipe the shit off of it. Nice article despite its issues.
