Concept: 6 Its sort of funny, but its too much of a one-liner, and some people might find it racist.

Clearly, this article depends on its minimalism, at least with the current take on the article. However, you might be able to add more content. Adding more content not only allows you to insert more humor, it also makes your article more likely to survive an attempt at deletion. Even if you don't want to add more text/images, adding more wiki coding to an article makes it look better and more "finished". I would suggest possibly adding the following:

 • Racism or Racist
 • a see also section. A link to George Washington Carver (excuse the whoring) or another black person who accomplished little might be funny. As would links to other "tumbleweed articles," if there are any. Failing that, you could link to stuff like Black people, Racism, Niggers, et cetera.

Some sort of links would probably help you with linking to this article. It would cause the article to appear in the "what links here" function for other pages. If you don't want links in your article, it is possible to add links in the title by using the title. For example:

Finally, more categories wouldn't hurt.

Prose and Formatting: 5.5 I don't see any formatting problems, but I am hesitant to give high scores for short articles, on the theory that bad formatting methods might become more noticeable when the article is expanded. Now, this is a minimalist article, not a stub, and you are capable of proper formatting, so this isn't an instance of a stub that may get ugly when expanded. However, I still am hesitant to give a high formatting score when there is little formatting.

I think the amount of white space is just about right, but the image might be a bit small.

Images: 6 Image is funny, but quite cliche. If you could find another tumbleweed image, or get that one edited specially for the article, it would improve it.

Also, you might want to increase the size of the image, it looks a bit small on high resolution.

Finally, the tumbleweed seems to de-etherealize out of nowhere for the .gif image. I don't think that could be fixed, unless there is a way to stretch the image to 100% of the screen width. (There might be a way to set the image width with respect to the screen width, but I don't know how to do it.)

Humour: 6 per the comments section, there isn't much to say here. Its a funny one-liner, or rather "article that is the joke" type article, that some people might find racist.

Such sort articles aren't bad, and we probably need more of them. However, (obviously) this will never be any where near VFH material in its current format.

Improvability Score: 5 I don't think this one can be improved much while keeping the current format. There are several little things you could do, like change the image size, adding a warning template, changing the amount of white space, adding a "see also" section, inserting links in the title, and adding more categories. However, these, although they might improve the article, are only minor cosmetic changes.
Final Score: 28.5 there is not much you really can do, and I assume you know that.
