November began with the surprise appointment of a new Taliban leader in Pakistan, a 28-year-old It worker from Iowa.
It was not a good month for freaks and losers. The US government banned fat transsexuals - so-called "trans fats" and several Unenyclopedians were killed after responding to a job advert.
As the nights drew in, the sexual deviants came to light. The BBC admitted to posting a picture of cum instead of snot (see right), and New York Nets coach Jason Kidd was fined for spilling semen on court.
In the UK a revolution nearly broke out after the government introduced new limits on online streaming and porn, and one time Domestic Goddess Nigella Lawson was revealed to be a coke fiend - which somehow made her even hotter.
By the end of the month, many sympathised with beleaguered rock band Lostprophets, who found themselves obliged to advertise for a new lead singer free of the horrific sexual interests of Ian Watkins.
