Since the Youtube uploader's account name is also "TheHappySpaceman," I'm guessing you're directly associated with this band, so I won't try to critique the song or the video with any specificity other than to say they both seem fine in themselves. However, this song is really about female vanity, not narcissism in the sense of behavioral psychology or the study of personality disorders. It's actually very difficult to find conventional pop/rock songs that successfully convey this concept at all. And by "successfully," I mean that the lyrics should be intelligible as well as not too abstract or allegorical; the music should be accessible/memorable (and not necessarily easy-listening pablum); and ideally, the approach should be satirical rather than vituperative or preachy. If anyone can find such a song, with or without a video, I'd be extremely interested to hear it.  c • > • cunwapquc? 01:03, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
