How to ACTUALLY pronounce... whatever this is...

ʔ: (AW), as in the Au in AU-stralia.

K: like K.

â: as in the french word "un tache"

ʞ: the short version of k, usually say it for around ~0.5 seconds

Д: the cyrillic character that represents "d".
