"No Child Left Behind", Bush's administration's policy, required all (95%) children at a school pass state-regulated exams to get federal funding. Blah blah blah, it fucked up a lot of public (state-run, not British "public") schools because it was really stupid. This fictional proposed plan is as opposite a policy as I could come up with. It is completely ridiculous but still makes more sense than NCLB. Toss in some references to actual people, and BAM, unnews. --monika 23:01, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
