I would like to propose that a few regular user at the IRC be given op status due to all the recent hacks. Sometimes ops are not present & this goes on quite frequently. Just an idea. It's not like they can get away with much even if they decide to go rogue & can be promptly de-opped & banned. What do you say?

I think the idea is a good one and I also think we should have a vote on who should be our new Ops as that should weed out any that would abuse the power --

I second, as I am regularly on IRC and have witnessed this stuff happening with no Op in site before, spammers and ObeseKid alike. As someone who regularly spends an average of eighteen hours per day on Uncyc's IRC channel, I can honestly say that I made up everything before the comma in this sentence. I didn't really create this forum for our votes but for admins to decide, but in any case, Ljlego & Starnestommy are the only ones that can show responsibility.
