Hi, I don't know where the hell I could find a fucking profanity filter! You'll have to find your own god damned program yourself! You only need one account anyway!-- Sir Severian Severian1.jpg CUN.png (Sprich mit mir!) Kraut.png 03:51, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

For anyone else who wonders, a profanity filter for IRC (namely the X-Chat client) is what I'm looking for. Severian, I'm what you would call a "completist" (someone who, well duh, wants to complete what they start), so the need to keep making accounts up 'til The Great Gitten Huff of 2006 is no less than irresistable. --The Great Gitten Huff of 1820 03:55, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

Keep making accounts and see how big your ban gets. -- Sir Severian Severian1.jpg CUN.png (Sprich mit mir!) Kraut.png 03:58, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

I know! We'll ban this account for 1,820 years, and The Great Gitten Huff of 1821 for 1,821 years, and so on, until we get to 2006! It's, like, a total masterstroke!  c • > • cunwapquc? 04:54, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

Oops, I guess they decided to just go with the good ol' infinite ban. Ahh, well... Must remember to check these things before I come up with the brilliant ideas.  c • > • cunwapquc? 04:56, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

Plus you can only ban someone for a maximum of 24 years without going to infinite. Which leads me to believe that the number infinity comes between 24 and 25. Spang talk 05:22, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
Damn! That's yet another example of a glaring systemic weakness in the entire wiki software model. You should be able to ban people for at least five or six millenia.  c • > • cunwapquc? 06:12, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
