Why Pooh?

I saw that the IPA pronunciation of Xi Jinping in this article is like "winnie the pooh". How are they related at all? I don't get the joke. --Jabberwock (talk) 23:46, 1 February 2021 (UTC)

Basically, Xi kiiiiinda looks like Winnie the Pooh with his round face, but then this pic of him walking next to Obama happens to look almost exactly like Winnie walking next to Tigger based on the angle and everything.
