So ya gotta understand, there-a a set-a ranks for the Russian branch and the Italian branch of this Mafia. Ya wanna rise up a rank ya do what ya told-a, you act-a bright and you don't-a annoy anyone. Maybe you could-a kill-a few civilians at the shooting-a range, huh? But remember, keep it varied, mix-a things up. Executioner style one day, bandit style the next...ya hear the old-a don?
Ranks Rukovoditel/Chief (Руководитель) and Consigliere upwards are entitled to the Mafia Black Hat (

Ranks Prixvosten/Henchman (Прихвостень) and Sgarrista upwards are entitled to the Mafia Brown Hat (
).
All ranks are entitled to the Official Family Mafia Gun (

Please Note: Ranks marked with a * are technically positions not ranks. Mafioso awarded these positions retain their old ranks, but work outside of the Family branch system to aid The Don.

- Rukovoditel/Chief (Руководитель) - An enthusiastic, powerful criminal hoping to one day take the top seat. Name Prefix: Ruk/Chief/Руко
- Naemnyj Uijca/Hitman (Наемный уийца ) - A trusted, effective killer. Name Prefix: Hitman/Uijca/Наем
- Prixvosten/Henchman (Прихвостень) - A Mafia member who has gained a little bit of trust and works personally for those higher up. Name Prefix: Henchman/Prix/При
- Golovorez/Thug (Головорез) - A stupid criminal who's bulky and can wallop people. Name Prefix: Thug/Гол
- Men'shij Golovorez/Goon (Меньший Головорез) - A really stupid criminal who's big and can hit quite hard. Name Prefix: Goon/Мего
- Prestupnik/Criminal (Преступник) - A small fish criminal, who's beginning to climb the ladder. Name Prefix: Criminal/Prest/Пре
- Mafia Man (Мафия) - A newcomer to the criminal world, who can only stare up at his superiors in awe. Name Prefix: Mafia/Мафия
