Subliminal messaging is
a method of communication used on
television and other forms of media to
advertize, to inform, or to spread
new ideas.

Contrary to popular belief, subliminal messages have no effect on anyone-

unbeknownst to many people, several companies have experimented with subliminal messaging

to no avail. Backmasking is sometimes considered subliminal messaging,

yet it does not affect the brain at all. During an experiment, it was proven that

observing short film clips with messages such as "Buy Coke" is completely

uneffective and does absolutely nothing to the subjects. Also, the

retinas are able to pick up on these

short displays of images, so that the viewers know a subliminal message has been displayed, decreasing

effectiveness further. Experiments conducted by

Luanne DeAneros in the 1960's

forced her to conclude that "subliminal messages" do nothing to the subject no matter how they are displayed.

Subliminal messages don't really have any explicit effect on anyone, although some people believe they are all around us. Leading biologist Jennifer Aniston is quoted as saying, "No, I think subliminal messaging is not a-- Hey look! A butterfly!"

Believe In The Crazy Headcases

Using a flood fill on images will never reveal subliminal messages, and is pointless to try.
  • Freaking out over subliminal messages is not cool. You might get hurt. Kill yourself!
  • Under no circumstance try to make an attempt to sue Time-Warner, they own everything. OBEY!
  • Chickens are reportedly not an ingredient in KFC... but that's another story. Eat at KFC!
  • Kitchens are chocked full of sublimanal messages. Ever look at toast out the corner of your eye?
  • Mayonaisse (Helman) jars do not have subliminal messages written on the bottom!!
  • Exit the area if you think you are being hit with subliminal messages.
The Scream decided to listen to some Zeppelin to make the time go by quicker. Now look at him...

Practical uses

There are many practical uses for subliminal messages, one notable example of this is the use of said messages in conversation in order to get the object of which to comply with the messager's whim for example a man talking to an attractive woman might say 'this is a tasty sandwich' and thus place in her mind the image of his 'TESTES SANDWICH' and thus surely heighten her libido to incommensurable levels.

Emorgency Tips

  • When other reasons seem hurtful, it's prudent, so always try anything new.

What to do if anyone tries to reveal messages to you or your family and friends.

Immediately wait for help in the form of anyone who is not a part of the government, as those who are a part are all evil and most likely displayed the messages to you in the first place. If help comes, run for your dear life, but be warned: there is no place to save yourself from the evil subliminal messages. Join the Republican Party!

Subliminal Messaging in Extreme Sports

Skateboarding has often been

attacked because of

the words written on the underside of the boards.

Amazingly, a

nanosecond-long glance at these words can cause an effect similar to those of conventional subliminal

messages.

Also, the sport of

dirt biking has been blamed for utilizing the messages by showing

every, or close to every, name of the products that

you use almost every day on the sides of the bikes,

or making the track in the shape of a popular logo. The

use of these methods often goes unnoticed.
