Final scene of 'Sharks on a Plane'

HOLLYWOOD, California -- Paramount Studios announced today that a sequel to recently released "Snakes on a Plane" is in the works. "Sharks on a Plane" is basically the same movie with snake images overlaid with sharks. Unconfirmed sources have said that the twist to the story will come at the end whereby viewers will discover the pilot is also in fact a shark.

The film is the first sequel to be assembled entirely based on it's predecessor by an eager team of high school students. Production is in it's third day, and it is expected to be released in two weeks, although trailers are now available.

"The snakes dialog was the easiest part to dub because they don't say much," said graphics enthusiast Martin Heidegger, a 14 year old graduate student at Caltech. "Since the sharks are larger than the snakes, we could do pretty much the whole thing without blue screens. It's the easiest $120,000 I've ever made in two weeks."

Already critics are saying this makes no sense because sharks cannot live in the waterless environment of a Boeing 747. Counter-critics like Al Franken of Liverpool reply to that, "Well, maybe the sharks are from outer space. You know, alien sharks? They could breathe air, I'll bet you."
